Subway

We went at 2 am there were no other customers but is two so why did it take the only employee working six minutes and twelve seconds to finally put her phone down and take our order? My experiences with Subway restaurant employees in the bay area has been far below par and this is fast food workers I'm talking about. Apparently if you order online at Subways website for a pick-up at a certain location that is confirmed to be open 24 hours the site takes your order then your money and subsequently sends you CONFIRMATION of order and pickup time and you get there at 1:10a.m. the exact pickup time and you are met with a locked door, dimmed lights and a hand scrawled ragtag sign on the door stating "sorry we're closed today" wouldn't you wonder why the website took your order and money and let you venture out into the night to a closed store? And why couldn't any other 24 hour Subway have our order transferred over to them when I had all the information? Why did I have to pay twice for one order and get a hassle and a headache from the employee at the Van Ness location?

One of the worst experienced in all of subways restaurant ever. I have been there at thanksgiving day at 01.15pm The lady who works there were with atitud and no polait at all. She didn't meeting and greeting same as every where and when I said hello! She didn't reply me and said yes! Thas all. Restaurant dirty as hell*** restroom smelled nasty and dirty .it was one of bad experience in San Francisco

So rude and unfriendly staff. I saw one customer who quiet the store and cancelled the order for two sandwiches unhappy... Another customer before me in the line was treated also with attitude, so he left the restaurant with a negative experience too. When it was my turn I started with compliment but the seller answered very rude. She did not toasted my bread and was murmuring to herself. Over all, it was a very negative experience here. The staff here need to learn to treat their customers with respect specialty during this pandemic or they will lose their customers. 😕

I've gone twice in the last two weeks. It's really dirty every time. They let homeless people come in and sit, talk to themselves, ask for things, steal drinks from the refrigerator. Some come in and fill up McDonalds cups and walk out. The staff don't speak English well enough to get your order done efficiently. It's very uncomfortable there. Won't go back.

I recently revised my 3 🌟 rating to a 4 🌟 rating, as the customer service, quality of food, and cleanliness have all improved as of late. I'm sure there have been several new employees, and the senior staff have stepped up their game, considerably. Still, there's room for improvement, but all-in-all this is becoming a decent place for a meal at any time of the day 😊

Well, it's a Subway, actually just like anyone else. Since I love Subway for the sandwiches there is actually nothing g to complain about. Staff is nice, as usual, and the food is good. The bathroom is a little shabby, but since that's not the main reason I go there it's not losing its pointa. Subway is a good place to eat fast food.
