Got the breakfast croissant sandwich with ham and cheese comes with greens and tomato and fruit. It was great. They have a great hot Chai Latte. Awesome service. Prices are so low and they are inside Presidio. Really great place.

I took long walk in Presidio and stopped here for brunch. The chorizo eggs breakfast was great. It is low key and peaceful at least today :)

We were visiting SF from Dallas and found this hidden out of the way gem online and are so glad we did! The food is really good, fresh and organic. The portions are big and the prices very reasonable. We enjoyed breakfast so much, we came back several hours later for lunch.

Awesome food and service. Arrived just before closing and ordered daily special of stuffed mushrooms with rice ball and salad. Was offered complimentary soup as well which was super tasty lentils and vegetables. Topped off with espresso coffee for a perfect lunch.

I don't take pix of food but it never occurred to me to put asparagus in a hsm and swiss. Literally the best ham sandwich ever.

Came here looking on google for a healthy place to have breakfast, Food was not just healthy It was delicious. The organic Eggs with hot sauce, croissant and granola all were very tasteful.
People is very nice and helpful.
The place it’s very peaceful with lots of tables to sit indoor and outdoor. The only con is that is a little hard to get to, it is inside of the building with very few signs on the outside. A truly hidden gem.

Cafe RX is a cozy little spot with great food and friendly service. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a perfect place to grab a quick bite or linger over a cup of coffee. The menu has a good variety of options, with plenty of healthy choices as well as indulgent treats. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal or a caffeine fix.

A hidden gem.
My only bad note is that it seems like it will he hard to get to, if you use Google to get to it. It's just in the back hallway inside the "tides converge" collaborative workspace.
Pork and soy chorizo options. Local eggs. Bagels. Croissants. Espresso.

A wonderful, quiet family-friendly spot in the heart of the Presidio. Adjacent to abundant inexpensive parking, this cafe offers gourmet-quality breakfasts and lunches, with almost all dishes, including delicious warm pressed sandwiches, for under $10. There is a well-stocked cold case with beverages, yogurts, etc. Service is prompt and friendly. There is great deal of well-spaced seating for family groups of various sizes.
