Jack In The Box

Same old childhood favorites and prices are good. I ordered my standard Sourdough Jack. It was delicious. Even when I let it get stone cold, it tasted great. I loved the great customer service and the cleanliness of the place. The place was packed. So, if you are down at the Original Fisherman's Wharf go to get a great burger for great price.

After my visit to Alcatraz, I wondered to Fisherman' s wharf, and among all the high-priced touristy eateries, I found at Jack in The box. My favorite are thier crispy $2 onion rings, I also ordered their $3.99 Jumbo Jack cheeseburger. The service was fast, the place was clean, filled with family's enjoying a great economic meal. Go west side, fisherman's wharf Jack in the box !

I come here a lot. They've got pig grits (my favorite) and chicken and biscuits (my other favorite) and the portion sizes for the chicken plates are really large. Their bloody Mary's are awesome (should you need a little hair of the dog) and they serve French press coffee (which is pretty dang cute). I always have good service here, it's always clean and the food is consistently delish.

Deep fried Moldy Curly fries. It has that Umami taste. The fifth sense as they call it. No longer need to go to an expensive 5 star restaurant. They had perfected the curly fries into something magnificent by aging the product longer than the expiration date. Placed them into a noncontrolled room temperature until the humidity creates the natural mold onto the fries, enhancing the flavor in the unexpected ways. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are having bowel issue where over the counter Laxatives may takes a few hours to work. The food here not only gets you the feeling of Fullness, but can also soften your stool in less than 15mins after consumption. Soften to the point it can last you for days. In the upmost liquid form. It is definitely an experience I think everyone should experience. These curly fries are to Die for.
