I go everyday and get the same shake. They've accommodated me because I order mine custom with certain ingredients. They now have my order laminated next to the register. I love their staff, they're all so very kind and it's a nice atmosphere.

Delicious Acai Bowl, get a big tasty serving of blended Acai with fruit, cereals and other healthy toppings! Gets pretty busy on the weekends, but definitely worth the wait. My favorites bowls are the Banyan and Forager.

Amazing Açai smoothie bowls!! The large is HUGE!! So healthy and good for you, loaded with fruit and granola. A must for breakfast or a mid day snack, was recommended by a local and totally worth it

Acai is top-level and there are lots of tasteful options for bowl types. Ambiance is also great, but the service was pretty bad - the cashier gave us attitude about putting toppings at the bottom of the bowl, something which is extremely common for acai bowls.

This is the best acai bowl place in SF. For all you LA folks who moved up here and can't find a good acai bowl spot, your prayers are ANSWERED. For people who have no idea what acai bowls are and just want something refreshing and delicious, your prayers are ALSO answered.

The BEST Acai Bowl I have had in SF! The Forager and Banyan are my favorite bowls. They are refreshing and yummy. The only issue with Basik is that the line is very long on the weekends and it can take 30+ minutes to get a bowl.

Awesome acai bowls here, each one I have tried has been delicious. They are also a bit on the pricy side, but splitting a large with someone can work pretty well.

Love the islander bowl (I add raspberries) when I want a filling breakfast that isn't stodgy brunch. The lines are a little crazy on the weekends but if you have time, it's worth the wait.

Great açaí bowl. Seems like there’s always a line but worth waiting. Restroom available in the back.

After months of seeing long lines when I would pass by on weekends, I had the chance to pop in during a work day. Now I see why people are lining up. I had the Forager. The small size was quite filling. The toppings were fresh. Can't wait to try the Banyan. Like others have mentioned, it is on the pricey side. Next time I'll get the large to either share or save half for another meal, as it seems to be a much better value.

I definitely recommend trying this place if you are in the neighborhood. I actually walked here from downtown. I like the customer service and the options that they have. I would definitely come back to try the other options. There are limited options but don't worry the service is quick and it will turn around quickly.

Huge portion for "large size". Healthy and beautiful way to have a breakfast. Bows and smoothies are really cold enough 🥶
