Starbucks

I have to say I am a long time customer - now mostly because of convenience and the number of stores available. My rating is due to the sweetness level of the drinks and I have to add a shot just to have the coffee flavor come through. I do cut the sweetness in half. The other issue I have now is the fact Starbucks has closed their restrooms. UGH!! When I stop, many times I am on the road or away from home and not having a restroom available (at least to customers) creates a problem. Hello decision makers - we do wag our hands upon leaving the restrooms. On the up side - most Starbucks associates are friendly and helpful.

Waited for my drinks for 20 mins. When they were finally ready (I requested curbside), waited an additional 5 mins. Called the store and they stated they nolonger offer that service. Please update your website and call your customers (you see our contact info via mobile oders) when u see they are requesting a service you no longer offer

I ordered a quad long shot grande in a venti cup half calf double cupped no sleeve salted caramel mocha latte with 2 pumps of vanilla substitute 2 pumps of white chocolate mocha for mocha and substitute 2 pumps of hazelnut for toffee nut half whole milk and half breve with no whipped cream extra hot extra foam extra caramel drizzle extra salt add a scoop of vanilla bean powder with light ice well stirred. And they got it right the first time!

Never again. After spending all day and night in the E.R. With my toddler I stopped by here to get a cup to go. I held the door open for some exiting customers and as I did the clock hit 9:00 exactly. As soon as I walked in, the employee just yelled out “closed”. So I didn’t get to over pay for a old cup of burnt coffee. Thanks.
