Sushikuchi

I don't write reviews unless I think it's truly a 5. Ordered takeout - needed something quick and had no expectations. Got 10 pieces of yellowtail sash & 10 pieces bluefin sash. Both very fresh and cut perfectly, truly delicious, beautiful presentation (for a to-go order, mind you!). Yellowtail - unctious, uniform texture. Bluefin - plump, beautiful deep deep red color. DELICIOUS!! Udon and rolls were good too. But what really stood out was they hooked us up with some freebies - threw in a few pieces of sashimi of another fish, some real wasabi (!!), and a salad. As my mate said after eating: "They just won a customer for life for whenever I'm in PB."

We stopped in before the dinner rush on a Tuesday evening. My husband ordered the hungry roll and the starwars roll. I ordered the kids bulgogi (which I super appreciate because kids portions are the best) and the Vegas roll. Vegas roll was huge! Delicious but I was a little hung up on the fact that the salmon was cold and not cooked, I thought it was usually supposed to be a cooked roll (I’m a sushi newbie) My husband loved all his sushi, and the waiters were super friendly and quick to help. Lots of favorite rolls are 50% off

I live by the code, if the tamago is bad then the sushi is bad. This place, the tamago is freaking delicious! The sushi has a really good glaze that has vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce so it hits all the taste profiles. And the rice -I know the rice is called sushi- has a good taste that compliments the fish and ‘glaze’. The service was off by a step but otherwise this place is all 5’s.

My husband and I went here for my Birthday. It was a bit of a rough start with the customer service. We were told to sit anywhere since it was early and not very busy. After choosing a seat the server walked up and asked us what we wanted to drink. We had just sat down so hadn't had a chance to look at the menu yet, we asked for a minute to look. Then the server didn't come back for about 10 mins. When she finally did come back, we were ready to order and she still didn't come to our table, she helped the other people around us who came in after us first. Once we finally ordered and received our drinks and food, the food was fantastic! It was fresh, put together well, and very tasty. The prices were reasonable and I even got a Green Tea ice cream free for my Birthday. We will be back based on the food. Customer service could use a little help.
