I live nearby and decided to check out the joint.
It's a taco shop on one side and a Mexican dive bar that turns into a nightclub at night. It’s only cash!
FYI: They have a cover charge on weekends. The weekends are so crazy packed that it’s hard to find any place to sit or stand.

I called ahead of time to ask if there was a cover charge the lady said yes $10 but when I get there they charged $14 didn't like they over charged. But anyways the music was the best I enjoyed every song that was played. The live band was great loved their music. Everyone enjoyed the dance floor. I definitely will be going again. Cumbias, rancheras are some of my favorites.

The place is not open during the day
It is us more like a nightclub with local bands playing from cumbia to norteño
the taco shop is around the building kind of hidden from view.
Nightclub is not pretty their clients are mostly low skill working class people.
Wearing their work clothes.
also the bathroom doesn't have a divider for the toilet.
So you can have an idea .

Company vehicle was being worked on around the corner so i had time to kill, i came in to get some food, initial experience was it doesn’t look clean and hygienic but I wanted to give it a shot, placed an order and got my receipt and noticed a charge of “credit card fee” there is no sign letting you know cashier didn’t even let me know otherwise i would have paid cash, food looked “pretty” presentation was nice, 2 tacos had flavor but 3rd taco was bland no flavor and dripping grease/juice while held in hand, trash was completely full, bathroom was dirty and I couldn’t use the salsa bar because there was small dead bug in carrot/onion mix and nothing was topped off i mean this is right when they open everything should have been on point. I would probably pass next time I’m in the neighborhood, i love supporting local small businesses but it seems like they just don’t care.

My favorite taco shop in the city. Great selection, fair prices, and the owner is a great guy

Ordered a “Bean and Cheese” burrito. They told me they had no cheese, but they’d substitute for guacamole. (Which was very nice of them)
The beans had no seasoning, they were beyond bland. The only flavor was the tortilla and guacamole.
Side note: the green salsa was expired and watered down.

Really great taco shop. Always hot and fast. I like the tin foil double wrap to keep the warmth. We always get their California burritos and carne asada quesadillas. Guac is amazing too.
