I am a regular here. Go in approximately every 2 weeks. It’s a cute place. I always get the Chai latte which is fantastic. Sometimes I’ll order a sandwich, which are great as well. The only reason I don’t put the 5 stars is because I frequently see mouse traps around the cafe. So I often eat outside because of this.

My go-to work café in Mission Valley!
Very good coffee, smoothies, and super flavorful acai bowls. Their sandwiches are good as well.
The music can be a little loud for some meetings, but for most it's fine, and you can always find seating both indoors and outside.
Highly recommend adding Milano Cafe to your San Diego coffee shop list.

I’ve lived in the Promenade for a couple of years now and I am so grateful to have this amazing coffee shop just steps away. They have the best food and coffee! My favorite food here is the tuna sandwich with melted cheese on a croissant. I will miss this place when I move

This Cafe is really great, you get quality and well-made food and drinks with fresh ingredients, the staff are nice and the atmosphere is very clean with great music.
I love with their Vietnamese coffee, macchiatos, & London fog, always prepared with care. Also loved their BBQ chicken sandwich which was so warm and toasty on sourdough bread mmmm.
When I moved here I needed free wifi to work fir a time and this Cafe was so cozy, not too crowded, and the vibe was perfect.

Cute little coffee shop tucked in to a retail / residential complex. Interesting coffee and teas as well a toasts, sandwiches and pastries. Avo and egg white toast was lite and tasty.

Not only is the coffee great, the service is some of the best and friendliest you will receive. They are so great about recognizing their regulars and remembering speciality orders. And if you’re not a regular, they will make you feel like you are. I am so glad this place is in walking distance.

Great service at Milano Coffee. You must wear a mask to enter the store. A fun selection of coffee flavors including all the staples plus interesting ones like the Nutty Irishman. Specialty milks like oat, almond, and soy are offered. And check out their freshly made breakfast and lunch fare. Enjoy a hit cup to go with a great bite to eat.
