Very cute dessert shop with great options, a cozy vibe, and quick service. They have some small stickers, nails, etc for sale too, which is really cool. Coffee was a bit sweeter than I expected, but the thai tea rolled ice cream is phenomenal!
Drinks are very delicious. Very refreshing and not overly sweet. Some personal favorites: strawberry matcha, dirty chai, dirty matcha, and their taro-presso.
Texture of their mochinuts are better than actual mochinuts. Huge variety of flavors.
Very fluffy croffles and their rolled icecream we got the vanilla-banana and cookies and cream. Both were 10/10.
Stopped in because our regular dessert place was out of what we wanted. I'm so glad we did!
Henry was amazing! We had no clue what we wanted or what they even offered here and he was so patient with us! We asked about 15 questions, were still undecided, asked more questions.... Finally decided on green tea rolled ice cream even though we came in for something like Kakigōri. The flavor of the ice cream was perfect and with the mochi and strawberry the whole thing was delicious! You can customize just about anything here by adding or removing toppings which makes this place great for anyone even the picky ones. Next time we'll try the strawberry matcha latte and the Patbinsoo.
I love the ambiance here, it's very relaxed. Do some studying, chat with friends, relax after work, or just sit and chill with a drink. They even have games if you want something more to do. It's not loud or overcrowded. They even have a cute outdoor seating area.
Definitely stop in and give it a try!
A Dessert Haven of Unforgettable Flavors!
After a sumptuous meal, we were on the hunt for a sweet finale, and we struck gold with this dessert spot. The ambiance of the place is as delightful as their desserts, offering a cozy, inviting atmosphere that’s just perfect for indulging in a treat.
We dove into their specialty - rolled ice cream, a visual and flavorful delight. The Thai Tea flavor was a rich tapestry of tastes, balancing sweet and creamy with a hint of exotic spice. The Apple Pie variant was like a comforting hug, its cinnamon and apple notes dancing harmoniously with the creamy base.
But the true star was the Earl Grey Lavender rolled ice cream. Each bite was a symphony of subtle floral notes and the soothing essence of Earl Grey, creating a sensory experience that lingered in memory long after the last spoonful. This flavor was not just a dessert; it was a journey of aromatic indulgence.
This place isn’t just about dessert; it’s about an experience that tantalizes your taste buds and leaves a lasting impression. A must-visit for anyone who cherishes a unique and exquisite dessert experience!
Came feeling super full but was still able to eat at Bing Haus (thats how good this place is)! The dessert here is AMAZING! You HAVE TO try the strawberry matcha and the croffle!! You won’t be disappointed.
This shop has a variety of trendy desserts and they all looked and tasted great. The group enjoyed the rolled ice cream and soft serve. The shop had a great aesthetic and was perfect for chilling after a big dinner.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bing Haus, a Thai roll ice cream shop that specializes in unique and delicious flavors. I must say, I was blown away by the quality of the ice cream and the creative flavors they offer.
First, we tried the strawberry ice cream and it was bursting with flavor. The fresh strawberries added a natural sweetness that made it incredibly enjoyable. Next, I sampled the melon flavor, which was equally impressive. The subtle sweetness of the melon made it a refreshing and delightful treat.
The green tea flavor was also outstanding. The matcha flavor was perfectly balanced, and it wasn't overly sweet like some other matcha ice creams I've had in the past. Additionally, the vegan lychee ice cream was a standout, with its creamy texture and unique flavor.
However, I must mention that the pink lemonade ice cream was a bit tart for my taste. While I appreciated the tanginess, it wasn't quite what I was expecting.
Overall, I would highly recommend Bing Haus for their incredible selection of Thai roll ice cream flavors. The quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the flavors make it a must-visit destination for ice cream lovers. I would give it a 4.5-star rating, with only a minor deduction for the tartness of the pink lemonade flavor.
P.s this place is packed with college students using it for studies so there was no place to sit.
Got recommendation from a friend. No regret. Their roller ice cream is must try. They sell yummy donuts. Cool hang out place with free wifi!
This is was really cute. We didn’t get their rolled ice cream which is what they are known for. We got their shaved ice. It’s was beautifully made but the ice is a little more chunky and not on the smooth side just an FYI. The drinks were good and not too sweet.
I've been to Bing Haus several times and they're one of my favorite coffee spots around Convoy. Good drinks, average prices, and an aesthetic (if not a little limited) indoor seating area. Additional shaded and partial sun seating is available outside on the patio.
They also offer teas, and have ice cream that is supposed to be pretty good.
If you plan on working here, their WiFi is good, however outlets are a little limited (2 outlets below the bench seating along the wall), so you may have to compete for outlets to charge your computer.
A big plus: they're open much later than many coffee shops in the area.
Parking is a bit limited, so you may want to park on the side street.
