They will not let you use your reusable cup and the ambiance certainly bears little resemblance to the “Surprise and Delight” attitude which Starbucks is known for and customers have come to expect and appreciate. However, they are very clearly focused and working hard to get all of the orders out in a reasonable time so I assume this must be due to internal struggles with working at this location specifically.
The egg bites I mobile ordered were good though 😊

The staff was so nice and hard working, I had to leave a review for this place. Don’t let the line scare you, the orders are served very quickly. Also, this is the only place I could find in San Diego’s Airport with good vegan options.

Can’t be disappointed too much. I ordered a coffee and was going to be late to my flight because of the wait. One of the staff said they would bring my coffee to the gate and I didn’t get it, that was last week. I’m back and I went and told one of the staff members today the situation and got my coffee today so since they handled it so well I’m pretty happy about their service. Thought I’d leave a proper review.

Five a.m. & despite the fact that our barista was manning the fort totally alone amid the morning airport rush, she was calm & gracious. Very sweet lady & very attentive. I hope this company is treating her like the gem that she is (that could have easily been an overwhelming situation for anybody).

Fast and easy service. Convenient for travelers in the airport. Prices are higher because it's in the airport but same top-notch quality as all the other Starbucks. They offer grab and go items as well. Still cheaper than buy those items on the plane. Enjoy!
