This Denny's is very kept up and very clean. Came in at 7:00am and surprisingly it was very busy but the host was very friendly and fast. Got us a table really quickly. Waiter we were assigned was super friendly and had a terrific positive vibe. Made me have a positive vibe too. Thank you everyone at this Denny's location for the great experience, service and awesome breakfast.
Olga took our orders and brought out our food and drinks. She was very attentive, refilling our drinks when needed and bringing us extra napkins. Olga is friendly and hardworking! The food was great and the restaurant is clean. I will come back next time I'm in the area!
AMAZING! I came to this Denny’s around midnight after a horrible experience with another Denny’s down the street and I was so happy I came to this one! Although it was late and the restaurant was understaffed the service was excellent and we got this really nice waitress that kept checking in on us and asked us if we wanted to take drinks to go. She had such an upbeat attitude, she was really cool. This Denny’s is a bit smaller than your usual size but it felt very cozy and just what I needed after a fun, long day in San Diego. I would say the restaurant is pretty clean and the food was absolutely delicious.
My favorite Denny’s location in town by far. They have a pretty big parking lot that’s very easy to get in and out of. They have the normal crowds at peak times, but you’re always able to find a seat and get served fast and politely. I wish every Denny’s was like this location.
I just love Denny's. This location is especially nice. Nice lady hostess who greeted me. I just ordered food ,breakfast, for my Mama who lives close by. It was not crowded, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere,playing softly 50's diner kind of music. Classic for a classic place. The food was hot, made quickly and my Mama loved it!!! Also, I went there before dawn one morning just to grab a coffee and use the restroom. The place was bright, comfortable, warm and the tall blonde woman who made my to go coffee was kind and the coffee was hot and delicious. I was impressed to only pay like $3 or less I believe. I'll say it's holding up the standards Denny's has held since I was a server at the location in Chula Vista many years ago. Great place with awesome food. The Chef gets the meals out quickly. The Turkey Dinner is back!! All meals - breakfast, lunch & dinner - are served 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all are delicious.
I come all the way from LA and from all the Dennys I've take my family this is the best, fastest, and well mannered establishment. Came with a party of 7 during peek hour and was seat in less than 10 mins. Order was taken immediately and food came out faster than any other restaurant. Very impressed with every employee for their hard work and ethics. Awesome job its a must go to place.
We had excellent breakfast while going to sea world. worth recommending for breakfast for all. must visit. very good choice and the lady who served us, by mistake she spilled one coffee cup but she was more than sorry several time which was not required as it was by mistake only. very nice lady.
Had a great experience here tonight. Angela was awesome. The restaurant was pretty busy, but our food was perfect and the service was the best. Refills and everything was on point. She was so friendly and knew what we needed before we even asked. That’s so important. This is the best Denny’s in SD. Never had a negative experience ever at this store. Definitely check them out. You guys rock!!!
