This is actual food made fresh! Salads are fresh and flavorful. Also, don't miss the rotating offerings like the Asian Ginger soup and the always offered but ever popular big chunk chicken noodle soup. Overall a great dining experience in a comfortable and cozy setting. 10/10 and would always reccomend!

Did I mention I love Souplantation? All you can eat salad place (yes, you can go back for seconds in the salad line) with many options for vegans. Sometimes the soups are a miss, and the one in Mira Mesa doesn’t have plain soda water at the machine. They do need a vegan ice cream (sorbet?) but the veg club you sign up for is worth it. Birthday club too!

This is the original location. It's always fresh and clean. We go here often. There's a great senior special and we are on their mailing list they send coupons it's $20 for two, no soft drink just water. They have way more than salad. The soups are good and they have fresh breads and fresh pasta. Mac n cheese, always. The staff are really welcoming and clear away all your plates. It's customary to leave a buck or three on you're table when you leave. It's just a nice thing to do for someone so be cool leave them a dollar or two. Enjoy!

We enjoyed going here for a school fundraiser having a separate room on the side of the main dining area. I really appreciated finding a gluten-free lemon muffin. I wish they had a non-dairy ice cream or sorbet for my son who's got a dairy allergy. Staff was very nice. Our dishes got cleared up pretty fast too.

It's been a while since I have been to this location. Brought my family in tonight and Lauren greeted us with a smile. She was very polite and helpful. Five of us ate and made some great choices. I enjoyed the light salad I chose and everything filled us all up very nicely. Our server checked on us very often. She pre-bussed our table in a very thorough manner. She made sure we felt welcomed. Two adults, three children. We left full and with no complaints. Looking forward to the next time. I finished everything on my plate. I ate a spinach, green leaf salad with quinoa, green bell pepper, black olives, and some shredded parmesan, topped with balsamic vinegar and a baked sweet potato. It was FABULOUS! Dessert was tapioca pudding. Everyone else, enjoyed as much as they could eat.

Great service! I went on 6/14/18 around 11am. I wish i wouldve gotten the mgr name and the cashier. Mgr was a Hispanic man and cashier appeared to me tall bi-racial girl. I'm giving descriptions so they know I'm talking about them. Nice, patient and friendly i love that. The food area was clean. All food was stocked. We didn't have to wait on anything. I will definitely be back!

Pretty inexpensive. No long lines. Nice staff. Great food. And you get to pick the pieces you want. I love the blueberry muffins, the garlic cheese foccia, mac n cheese (w scallions, bacon, and cheese) the soup (chili mixed w clam chowder with scallions and cheese sometimes bacon) *yes i know im weird and the salad bar is great!
