Everyone that works here is super friendly. The sandwiches are phenomenal, especially on your way to or on your way home from a long day at the beach.

I lived down in OB during the mid 90s. I remember Chris's liquor back then. Never really went there, because I lived closer to the ocean, down in the war zone. Some really good times back then, Ocean Beach is almost relatively unchanged. Working in the area, so we are always down for a good sandwich. These cats got that figured out. I don't think I've had a better sandwich, anywhere in my life. I've been going there twice a week, for about 3 months. A big feather in the cap and a slice of cudo pie! F yeah! Keep up the good work and thank you for being there.

I am giving 5-stars in all categories based on 15-years of delicious sandwiches & awesome customer service! Thus my astonishment & let-down after my experience on the late afternoon of Sunday August 12th. Bummer sandwich experience. Sando was supposed to be on a pita. Instead, got soggy wheat bread. Asked for cheddar & swiss, got neither. Asked for it to be hot, didn't happen. I always recommend this place to family & Friends but no longer so confident. 🤷♀️

So me and my girlfriend decided to get sandwiches, we noticed a new person working at the deli and the cashier kept staring at every little thing he did like if he wasint good , we didint no if the quality would be the same since he is new , we ordered anyway and let me tell you!! Best sandwich ever! The sanwitch was wrapped very good the ingredients was on point! And he added a extra pickle witch I love! We enjoyed it so much we gave a good tip, he was alone and looked like he had a lot of orders but u can tell he cares about the food he makes.definitely coming back when he is there ,

I come here often for the breakfast sammys and the boys behind the deli counter are the always friendly and helpful. They have a bomb selection of snacks including havea corn chips which I have trouble finding sometimes!

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich 🥪 while out for the morning stroll. 🐾☕️👍 Grabbed a Latte at Bean Me Up, tasty BTW, before the bagel, bacon, cheese, and egg sammie at Chris'. 🥚 🧀 🥓 🥯
Quick and easy with tables out front. The owner, I'm guessing, stopped to pet Odi and even offered him a biscuit. Being allergic to chicken/wheat products, he quickly gave Odi the best alternative, a favorite nom-nomz of bacon 🥓. Thank you🐾👍!! Then we were off to the beach. Great little market and deli.
