Love this location. Everyone is so friendly. When ordering online the food is always ready when stated. When you order inside the line and wait is minimal.
Recently came in and it wasn't too busy at first. One worker had just gone on break and it was just Juana serving up the food. A line quickly formed behind me, but Juana was a champ! She served my food (and my sisters') without compromising serving size, repeating my order back to me for each food item as she served it and double checking I was satisfied before moving on. I have been to this chipotle for years and it can be hit or miss (regarding service) when it gets busy. Juana was a rockstar!!
Chipotle is always a good stop. The food is always great and the employees seem to do their best. Unfortunately, due to the amount of homeless coming in and out of the restaurant it made it a little bit uncomfortable. Some of the homeless were stealing food right in front of us. After this incident was reported, the employees informed us they could not do anything about it. Completely understandable.
Had a line but it went quickly. Large dining areas and bathrooms. Service was great. I remember most was the young lady who rang us out. She had great customer service skills; as well as, the female manager. Great experience. Pleasantly surprised. I will come back to this location.
Love the food here! They make it easy to have a healthy well balanced meal that is delicious. Also for the price of a burrito bowl you get a great amount of food.
I love some chip0tle , just yummy and healthy. Always my lunch go to my lunch with chips and guac. Today I went to this location, Its probably my 3rd or 4th time here. Always busy, it's in misson valley so you kind of got to expect it. The line moved fast , I ordered a bowl , with the works and everything was fresh. The cashier was very nice and helpful and even helped with my app and my free bag of chips. The store looked clean I didn't look around much, but nothing that stood out.
Went at 10pm and the line was long! A shockingly busy and vibrant location. Staff was a bit short and the main person working the line didn’t know how to work the register, leading to a backup. But the food was good. TONS of indoor seating! Maybe the biggest location I’ve ever seen.
I liked everything about this place. The eating area is big, even if it’s crowded you can find a place to eat. Chicken/Carnitas Burritos are a must everytime I go to Chipotle. Recommended if you don’t have a lot of time to get something to eat
The food that I ordered were in stock, and it was the "BOMBDIGGITY "! That means the food was really good. Please keep on doing what you're doing, and don't stop. One thing that you should do is to bring the prices down a little lower, especially on the steaks. Your prices are way too high for a burrito or bowl with the steak in it. I'm pretty sure that it's probably really expensive,but those steak bowl and steak burrito prices are kind of Super Duperly ridiculous. You should go ahead and bring them prices down lower for the steak bowls and the steak burritos.
Excellent!! Freakin awesome place. It's really a Mexican version of subway. They make it right in front of u, while ur telling them what u want.
