The fish tacos were very good, my wife and I both thought the corn tortillas were well done. I wish I had tried more of the salsas, the salsa verde I tried was okay.
The service was definitely lacking, our cashier was very unenthused about being at work that day (aren't we all sometimes?). People who ordered after us got their food before us, that always confuses me, but it is what it is.
Overall, I would try it again, and I'd do so before recommending it to others.

Phenomenal food, some of the best tacos I've had in a while. The corn tortillas are freshly made and so soft and warm. The meat is generously piled into each taco. The birria is perfectly spiced. For tacos, definitely a must go place.

Got carne asada, pork tacos, and guacamole with chips. The chips were great, but too much for just one person (if also getting 3 tacos). The guac was ok - not bad/not amazing. Pork was my favorite taco (it was basically tacos Al pastor). The steak tacos were good if a tiny bit over-salted.

This California burrito was worth the 16 bucks. The meat was good quality and marinated perfectly. The tortilla was delicious. The pico was also really good and I usually prefer it on the side. The green salsa was great. The red salsa was ok. I did not like the creamy red looking sauce.

Amazing. Has to be some of the best tacos I’ve had in the past decade. Fast and cheap to boot. Couldn’t even wait to take a picture.

Phenomenal breakfast burritos! So good I had to come back again the next day! The salsa bar is also outrageously good - every salsa was delicious and perfect waaaay above my salsa expectations.

Here for SDCC and spotted across the street. Ordered a shrimp taco, carne asada taco and burrito. Washed everything down with a refreshing horchata. Shrimp taco was soo good we forgot to take a picture.

My girlfriend dines everywhere, and I thoroughly enjoy any place that makes the tortillas fresh. It really changes the entire integrity of a taco. We both agree that Tacos El Cabrón are some of the best tacos we have ever experienced. Here is the surf and Turf, tacos plate and veggie selection we had. Oh the corn elote on a stick is a vegetarian delight appetizer!

Delicious! Was visiting from Texas and we went back here 3 separate times on our trip. I got the adobada, carne asada, and birria tacos. My favorite was the adobada. They have a self serve salsa bar and you can see them make your tacos at the bar seating. Perfect for late night munchies! Reasonable pricing.

The surf and turf taco was delicious. The adobada taco was super good to. The service was exceptional. Will definitely return when it's not as busy it was so hard to find parking.
