Another one of those spots in San Diego that reminds me of stepping out of the early to mid 90s. Yes, you might run into a few hustlers or get molested by a methed out weirdo but if you don't appreciate that...maybe don't come here? Strong drinks and characters everywhere...it also has a neighborhood bar feel while still being totally inviting and you can catch a great show.

My first time visiting Numbers was this past Thursday. I must say I was expecting far worse from the reviews I read. You'd think you would be walking into a barn with a fog machine and a black light.... no, no.
There is a decent sound system, at least three dance floors, drinks aren't watered down and the staff is friendly. What's not to like about that?
Bring in some good DJs and you are good to go Numbers!

Went on Friday night and it was dead as a door nail but it was for a good cause. However, went again on Saturday and had an absolute BLAST! Chocolate City far and away outstripped the "Sisters" show the day before. It's way too dark in there and the bartending staff is cold and unfriendly on Friday's!

We go here for Sabbat, which is the goth club on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays. We love Eddiem the bartender at the main room dance floor bar, he's a sweetheart and pours the best drink in town!
