Truckstop

Hello, Professional Drivers! It’s just my opinion. This is a really good Truck Stop, located within the City limits. As in any other Truck Stops, within the boundaries of the big city, always a busy parking. A very large but fast-moving shower line. Everything is very clean and tidy. I’ve been here twice and I haven’t had any trouble

Everyone here is so nice. The store is always clean. The staff are very professional and you can tell that they care about the store and like their jobs. I must give a very special shout out to Victor, I believe he is the store manager. You can tell that he loves his job and cares for the store and the people as if they were his own. This morning I went in to get coffee and there he was, refilling coffee pots, refilling bulk creamers , wiping counters and talking to customers. I get my coffee and walk over to Wendy's for breakfast and there's Victor, walking through the back, asking how's it going do you need anything. I go to check out at the store to pay for my coffee and there's Victor again. Helping run a register. This man is every where. He sees a need and he fills it. He does an outstanding job and certainly deserves a big raise and a promotion.

And then Otay Mesa, CA said let there be no chair, bench or seat to sit on outside, and it was so. But really. Everything is ok but where is there to sit outside to enjoy the perfect weather? Had to sit on a curb. Them curbs are great to do push-ups on though; -1 star no outside seats. Not even across the road

very crowded little truck stop. brand new remodeled bathrooms, showers, and Wendy’s restaurant. this place isn’t my first choice but has more to do with the underpaid angry drivers aggressively speeding through the parking lot. the workers in the store were awesome and i definitely had to tip the shower cleaning staff.

I was totally surprised at how clean this place was. The bathrooms and store was always clean and we are here 24hours. Every cashier had a smile and was friendly at both the store and at Wendy's. The parking lots of course smelled (it is a truck stop) but there was a gentleman on a golf cart that was sweeping up trash. Overall it was a wonderful stay at this Pilot. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Best gas prices in South Bay, full service truck stop. Recommend using app for discounts and rewards. Found this stop by accident when my vehicle was acting up and need a place to stop and check it. Staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered in all gas stations I've ever been in the US. When I don't gas up here it's because I'm too far away or time constraints.
