Papa Johns Pizza

The cooks spend more time playing around in the back than they do actually reading the order to ensure they make it correctly. The manager Tiffany will yell & belittle customers. They unplug the DoorDash when they feel "overwhelmed" All the driver's continuously quit. Pizzas will be dropped and then picked up and put on the belt to be cooked. I recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere else

Ordered pizza from this location for the first and last time. I was told it would take 30 to 40 min. For delivery. I got my pizza an hour later, of course it was cold. I was told they couldn't find my address, that they called, which I have no missed calls, she had texted just a few minutes before delivering.

I will just leave this right here! This is how my pizza was delivered to me this evening! Im in disbelief!! And to top that! I called to let them know about my pizza and spoke with the young lady who was taking orders, who transferred me to her supervisor Tiffany! Tiffany really did have much to say just wanted to be argumentative! Never did either one of the young ladies apologize for the service nor did they offer to correct the pizza! Just a credit in 3-5 business day!! 😮😮😮 I love papa Johns Pizza! Never expected nor have I ever received this type of poor customer service nor have had pizza to look like this! This unacceptable! Its one thing to busy and make a mistake! Understandable! But they never acknowledged poor service nor offered to correct it! Worst experience!

1/3/2022 7:54 The pizza from this location is always great, though they can get busy at times. They do however use DoorDash I just had an incident where a Dasher claimed to have delivered my pizza, but there was no knock on the door, and no pizza left in front of the door (Dashers have a tendency not to let you know your Pizza has arrived) I had waited an hour for the pizza to be made, and ended up calling the location. I was offered either a refund or remake of the order. No real apology. I'm not sure if this is standard practice, but inconvenience to the customer without offering anything to make up for said inconvenience is a show of poor customer service. EDIT for May 23rd 2022 Placed an order online Delivery is stated to end at 11:30pm Order is accepted.....and listed to be delivered at 11am TOMORROW (may 24th) The hell kind of system is that?
