Great little shop in downtown area. Great parking next door and the coffee here is top notch. I've had some espresso that was extremely good but some days it isn't dialed in to its best. Great spot to study or visit with people.

Had a great old fashioned coffee (like an old fashioned but the liquor is substituted with espresso) and the best cinnamon roll ever. The barista was super friendly and great at giving recommendations!

A little google search for a matcha latte brought me here. I was absolutely obsessed with the open layout and the amazing light that the windows bring in. They have so many little bites to choose from! Donuts, pastries, tacos. And they’re all delicious! Their donuts are from the pink flamingo co.which is a double win for me because I’ve always wanted to try them! I had a honey lavender matcha and it was definitely high ranked on my list for best matchas I’ve had. The staff are quick and friendly. They’re also super pet friendly! Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed Estate! I’ve always really enjoyed my experiences and coffee here. Yesterday, I was feeling very under caffeinated, so I tried their cortado and drip coffee. Both were really enjoyable and just what I needed. The space is open and bright, and while there are some people working, it doesn’t feel like you stepped into an office as some coffee shops. Highly recommend!

it’s a BEAUTIFUL coffee shop. i got a honey lavender latte which is made with their homemade lavender syrup and local honey i believe; it was okay. the espresso did not come out very strong, and the honey was muted. it was beautifully made tho! still 5 stars for ambiance.

This coffee shop is a nice distance from the touristy parts of San Antonio.  With the counter open on 3 sides, a motorcycle against a wall, and engine for a table base, this shop has terrific character.  We f pound it to be vet chill. The people there were quiet, focused, but didn't look at all stressed. We really enjoyed our drinks.  The pumpkin spice latte was not only pretty, but spiced well and not too sweet.  The hibiscus tea was a gorgeous red and perfect unsweetened. Next time we are in town we'll be back!

AMAAAAAZING coffee, and LOVELY staff! Had the Kentucky smoke cortado and the cold brew shandy. Both perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Atmosphere is bright, airy, and relaxed; invites you to take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.

I'm glad, I found this coffee shop on my way out from Texas. I spent almost a week looking for good specialty coffee during a trip that started from Laredo, all the way up to Austin. Most of the coffee shops that I visited were simply okay, though. Estate Coffee shop stood out as one of top rated in Google Maps, so I decided to give it a shot. The baristas were super friendly and even recommended me other good coffee shops, both from San Antonio as well as from Austin. Definitely a must if you are passionate about coffee.

One of the nicest yet simplest coffee shops I’ve been to. Amazing coffee hot and cold. Selection of vegan tacos and sweet pastries. Giant sunlit windows basking the the standing counter top section, multiple tables to fit 2-4 people each and a unique bench area. 1 Restroom and great merch to buy. Parking is tight but a open lot to side can be used for parking for now. The downtown construction happening can be an eye sore but i personally enjoy the vibe it gives almost a extremely condense urban feel like New York. For me coffee leaves a pleasant aftertaste. Matcha lemonade is good too. It has been my go to for studying location due to the sunlight it gets.

I popped into Estate for an iced oat milk latte, which was delicious. Both the barista and cashier were friendly. My drink came out super quick. This looks like a nice spot to relax or work on your laptop. There is a few parking spots right in front of the building.
