Best gluten free pizza ever!!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Moonlight Pizza & Brewpub, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! First and foremost, the beer selection here is fantastic. They offer a diverse range of craft beers that cater to various tastes, and the quality is top-notch. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a refreshing drink, Moonlight Pizza has you covered. Now, let's talk about the gluten-free pizza. As someone with dietary restrictions, I often find it challenging to enjoy a good pizza. However, Moonlight Pizza surprised me with their gluten-free options. The crust was not only gluten-free but also deliciously crispy and flavorful. Topped with fresh ingredients and a variety of choices, it was a gluten-free pizza lover's dream come true. One aspect that sets Moonlight Pizza & Brewpub apart is their pricing. Given the quality of their food and beverages, I found the prices to be very reasonable. It's refreshing to enjoy a great meal and beer without breaking the bank. To sum it up, Moonlight Pizza & Brewpub is a gem for beer lovers and those with dietary restrictions. Excellent beer, delectable gluten-free pizza, and wallet-friendly pricing make it a must-visit. I'll certainly be returning for more tasty experiences at this fantastic establishment!

The casual family friendly vibe here is fantastic! There’s ample patio seating (including a dog patio) and lots of space for families to spread out. The pizza was perfectly done and a decent value. I had a margarita on tap (they make it in-house) and it was refreshing!

We did a little half day trip to Salida to walk around and check out the local shops and festival going on. We stopped here to grab a bite and couldn't be more pleased. All the staff was super friendly, the service was great, and the food was amazing! I had one of the vegetarian slices. The crust was crisp and toppings so delicious. I also tried one of their own brewed IPAs (aldo delicious). My husband had a pepperoni slice, and their housemade Cherry Limeade soda, daughter had the Spinach Salad, and Son had the Buffalo Wings - all great! Cool atmosphere. It was raining, so we didn't sit outside, but it was still a cool, fun interior. If we ever are in Salida again, we will definitely go back!

Great food in a really neat atmosphere. The doors were open to the patio which had a performer playing live music. The vibe was great. Our waitress was a rockstar and the pizza we ordered was amazing. Thanks!

The pizza wasn't bad. The crust was light and airy, but could have used a little more sauce. I do wish the bread sticks had garlic on it. The beer was good, I had the street dog. The workers were very nice and attentive.

Service was a little slow, yet the food was tasty! It was nice eating al fresco and there was a decent beverage selection too. Would definitely come back!

This brewery is the highlight of our trips to Salida. It always has incredible brews and food. You can order $2 tasters and create your own flight that way. We got six different beers to try and literally each time we tried the next, we exclaimed, “ooo, that’s my favorite!” It was hard deciding which beer we wanted a full glass of because they were all so good. We had the MOONLITE CREAM ALE, SKINNY DIPPER MEXICAN LAGER, STARGAZER HARD SELTZER, PEACH WHEAT, and a Maiboc. All were incredible. We also did the Sunday food special which was $19.99. It included six wings, two breadsticks, and a medium pizza. We asked two servers if we could make up our own pizza with unlimited toppings or if we had to order one they offer. Both said we could make our own for the same price. Unfortunately, we all learned there is a two topping limit. However, the manager was great and she honored what we were told and adjusted the price to reflect the special. Had we known, we would have been happy to just order two toppings because their pizza is really that great. We appreciate her and our server making it right though. 💚 The great service, the amazing beer, and the flavorful food is what makes Moonlight the best place in Salida! Oh and if you want a magical combo, get the hot chili chicken wings and their maiboc. The flavor profiles are amazing together! *Very pet friendly *Very kid friendly *Indoor dining and amazing patio dining options

Vegan cheese was actually good! Ginger beer is yummy too, perfect balance of spicy and sweet. Accidentally ordered a tiny baby pizza but they made another and both were delicious.

We loved sitting on the large patio space which is dog-friendly. It was super exciting to see vegan cheese on the menu so you can not only make your pizza vegan but also calzones! I got the Veg calzone with vegan cheese and it looked incredible when it came out- massive and the crust is so fresh and perfect. The only reason for one star off is that there was very little cheese inside of the calzone (which was the part I was most excited about) and the fresh tomatoes jnside, which very tasty, filled the calzone with wet juice which made it quickly soggy. It was kind of empty inside of the big pizza dough “shell” and it would be have been nice if it was stuffed with more of the veggies and cheese instead of being mostly dry pizza crust. Our waitress was very friendly and overall it was a great experience. Edit: on our next visit, our waitress was not very friendly and the calzone was cold, raw peppers, mushroom, tomato and spinach with cold not yet melted (vegan cheese) shreds and the top of the calzone was mostly raw dough. It was still tasty, but not at all what I’d expect from the calzone. Still love the general atmosphere and hope this was just an off day.
