They give you BIG portions for your money spent & it's usually no real wait for some of the BEST BBQ I've had in the Lou! You do have to purchase each of your sides if you order like a rib tip sandwich but, they're like under a buck!...Not bad in comparision to most other places in town. The thing that stands out about the "BING!" is you see them taking meat off the grill so, you know it's fresh! So, many of the other BBQ joints have lost their quality by boiling they're meat or putting it in the oven to keep OLD meat warm...Ugh! Also, they've got some good Chi-Twn Polishes! You mos def should try them if you haven't already! The BING is FIRE! ;)

I ordered the turkey ribs with the side of potato salad and it was delicious. The combo had four ribs to a plate and if you have not never had turkey ribs they're very needy and it's a certain way that you have to cook that so that it will not dry out and they did it perfect. I will absolutely love to go back here again. The parking hi Chris is a bit tight there is a parking lot across the street if you're not comfortable with parking on Dr MLK Street. I will most definitely be back you have perfected the turkey rib. When I want to cook right I will either cook it myself or go here from now on nowhere else.
