Steak 'n Shake

It's been 2 years since I came back to this state and shank because of the horrible service and employees. It's been a long time since we had steak and shake so I stopped by to get lunch for me and my hubby (figutred its been long enoigh) amazing service very quick food was awesome!! Welcome back you got a regular customer again and I like buying food from my crew down a street at the Jiffy Lube. Bring some coupons down I'll be happy to give to my customers.

Moses and her night shift, we're awesome every single one of them had a positive personality. I seen Moses doing a bit of everything helping out wherever needed, She also interacted with all the customers very outgoing, then when it got busy I overheard her encouraging her team, They weren't being loud I just over here and listen because I've been a server since I was 15 and she didn't crack under pressure none of them did And you usually don't hear a manager being that encouraging when you're that busy. I wish I knew everyone's name that was working because everybody did great. Honestly I was not expecting service like that, I will definitely be back. I seen them give great service to everyone who came in. I used to work at the steak 'n shake on telegraph when we had servers A lot of the times back of the staff would be playing around, I didn't see that at all at this steak 'n shake and there were some younger people extremely professional. That manager deserves a raise! I wouldnt talk bad about the steak 'n shake on Watson, but I do think this one was better, and closer to my house. The staff just seemed more professional. Also let's not forget how clean the restaurant was as I was leaving I heard her ask one of her staff members to head over there. I'm sure my daughter might have got a little bit of food on the floor. But that place was immaculate.

We came to get our online order and we're met by Mo, Daniel, Derek, and Andrew. We were an hour late cause I went to 2 other ones thinking that's where I ordered it. They made fresh onion rings for me and somehow everything was still hot! They greeted me at my car and offered to go in and get the bag and bring it out to me. They turned a frustrating situation into a win. And I am very grateful!! Great customer service!
