Amazing venue for an intimate concert experience! Pro Tip: arrive early to be at the front of the line, and get your pick of the balcony seats on the second floor! With a clear view of the stage, comfortable seats, and wait staff to bring drinks and snacks, you're guaranteed to have a good time. For those who like a crowd to dance in, the first floor is for you!

This was our fist time visiting and we were pleasantly surprised by how perfect this venue was. Everything was great from the atmosphere to the sound of the band to the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We look forward to visiting again!

I can’t say enough great things about the Old Rock House and their staff, especially the event coordinator, Ashley! My husband and I chose this venue for our wedding - both the ceremony and reception. He’s a musician and we are both into the local rock music scene. It was our vision to be married on stage, with our guests in concert attire, and to have our favorite band play at the reception. The management was so accommodating when we realized we’d need to push our original date back by several months. Ashley was in touch often and met with us anytime we needed to meet up or just walk through the venue. Not only was Ashley extremely helpful and open to all our suggestions, she stepped in creatively and helped bring our vision to life. We trusted her to take the lead when we just couldn’t pull certain ideas together. She even designed an epic donut wall for us! We upgraded the drink and menu selections, and had use of the upper floor and bar. The food was incredible, fresh, and cooked in house! We chose the t-ravs, shrimp cocktail, and tenderloin bites for appetizers, elote, Cesar salad, potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and their bbq meats - brisket, turkey and pulled pork. Seriously the best shrimp and bbq I’ve ever had. The brisket was melt in your mouth amazing. Wish I had a doggie bag! Our guests raved about the food, the excellent, attentive and polite staff, and of course, the donut wall! The ceremony went off without a hitch. Our theme was celestial, and centered around the full blood moon that took place that night. The backdrop with purple and blue lights was perfect. They even installed a massive moon lamp, found by Ashley. The sound quality was excellent, and our walk in and walk off songs were timed perfectly. The linens and all our decor and centerpieces coordinated beautifully, and I couldn’t have been happier. We had an unforgettable night, and just wish it didn’t go by so quickly!! We didn’t worry about a thing. Even if you’re not into the music scene, the Old Rock House is a fantastic, unique and fun place to get married!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time at the venue. We had a great time. Smaller place so you can get close to the stage, and the sound is great. Has a nice outdoor seating area. Bartenders are friendly.Would definitely come here again!

This is a little gem, however, the location is in a less than ideal spot (not overtly sketchy but some of the parking areas are). It has a good amount of parking and the building has distinct charm at first glance. Inside is a bit small but it has a nice layout. The patio is fabulous - you can see the live performance from outside (through the large glass windows). They serve nice little bar/snack menus type fair (tapas, tacos, nachos etc). They also have a decent bar and usually some nice band merch set up near by. Prices are about average - not cheap but not too expensive. Overall, it's definitely a nice venue worth visiting.

Very cool venue with an upper balcony and a decent menu. The sound can be hit or miss, depending on the band and whomever is running sound, though generally Old Rock House a great, cheap place to park your car for a downtown game and catch a rock show afterwards. They get mostly touring indie and small crowd legacy acts, with locals (not often enough) peppered into prime time spots. Parking is easy and free if there isn't a game. It is worth a visit, especially if someone you know is playing there.

We held our wedding at the Old Rock House on 9/24/2022 our expectations were exceeded in every possible way!!! Old Rock House has always been my favorite venue, and I'd been wanting to get married there since long before I was even engaged. They were the first venue we toured, and we had no need to look at any other venues because we knew it was the perfect fit. From the beginning, Ashley and the rest of the ORH team were very organized and straightforward, while also being laid back and easy to work with. We were able to save on a wedding planner, because Ashley took care of pretty much every aspect - she did the seating chart, the decorations, the linens, and was very helpful in advising on timelines and all the small details. I am NOT a planner and was afraid this wedding would be so stressful, but she seriously made it SO easy and relaxed. The food (made in-house) was very solid, we went with BBQ and the buffet line moved smoothly and dinner was nice and quick, just like we wanted. HUGE shoutout to the bartenders - we received many comments about how great the cocktails were and that there was never a wait, even with 180 drinkers in the house. The atmosphere all night was LIT! The patio was the perfect place to socialize for those who weren't on the dance floor, complete with a Mirror photo booth (ordered through ORH) which was so much fun. The dance floor was truly unbeatable. We knew we wanted a live band for our wedding, and if you're looking to get a live band, then you absolutely cannot find a better stage and dance floor than ORH. The lighting was awesome, the sound was phenomenal, and the dance floor was the perfect size that it felt full but not at all overcrowded. I don't think I left the dance floor for more than 10 minutes because it was such a blast. After the band was done, they let us provide a 90 minute spotify playlist for the last part of the night. I cannot tell you how many people reached out to us afterwards to tell us how fun and unique the venue was. I know it was a night our guests will never forget, and I cannot thank the whole ORH team enough for making our special day so much better than we ever could have dreamed. I'm getting emotional just writing this review so I'll leave it at that - we love you ORH!!!!

The venue is really pretty awesome. It's a bar with some seating and a fairly large dance floor for GA ticket holders. My issue was the temperature inside the place. Yes, it was packed, and yes it was hot out, but there seemed to be zero air circulating. The band even commented about it. Otherwise, good selection of drinks, food menu, and seating available plus a nice outdoor spot.

Old rock house is the perfect intimate venue. Bring your earplugs, it gets loud. Bar staff and waitresses do an amazing job! Haven’t had the food yet, but have heard great things. Like any concert, the more crowded, the more hot - dress appropriately. They have security monitoring parking lot during shows, lock your cars and don’t keep anything valuable in there (common sense).
