OMG when I say this is by far the best customer service experience you will have at any burger/food establishment in todays climate. I have been here approx 4 x and every time the experience is always friendly and professtional. I have brought others with me to experience the wonderful customer service and awesome fresh food. It is always a pleasure when the establishment you are patronizing is just as happy to see you as you are them..I will definitely recommend.

Love this place @ Sunset Hill. The best hamburgers as always! I thought it was close at first, but then we went in and had great meal as expected! Staff is very friendly! One thing I would change: put tables on front with open umbrellas. It will help with business! Thank you for great affordable meal!

Always fresh and delicious. They are currently closed on Monday and Tuesdays because they are short staffed and only have 4 employees. So no more kids nights right now. Thankfully they are still open because we love this place. Its such a great value - For the price, you're getting good quality food for the same or not much more than the cost of fast food. I love it and the kids love it. We've gone regularly over the last 9 years and always had a good experience and yum food. 😋 10/10 recommend. We will go back again to support them. It's always clean and the staff are friendly even though I'm sure they may be over-worked due to being understaffed.

We were in Destin a couple of weeks ago and came here for lunch one day. We had 8 people in our party, 4 adults and 4 kids, and came for lunch. Our server, Taylor., was so good. She was patient with our kids, helping them select the perfect meal for them. She recommended drinks for us that were fabulous, and the food received was spot on! She was prompt with our refill, and let’s us linger awhile when were done! We will definitely be back and would love for Taylor to be our server again.

The hot Nashville chicken sandwich is phenomenal. The burgers are always too notch as well. I also love their potato wedges though this latest visit wasn’t up to their normal standards. Customer service is usually above average as well. Somehow there is always one employee that doesn’t though. This latest visit was the person calling names when orders are ready and making sure everything is right. She left our food sitting on the counter for several minutes instead of calling our name just stood their waiting for us to come get it. She also didn’t make sure the food was plated correctly. We were missing some things and had to go back up for it.
