my review is tailored for out of town guests, because everyone who calls St Louis their home already knows.. if you enjoy great live music and drinks, in an historic building with a top shelf staff, BB's should be your first stop in soulard
their hours do vary depending on who is headlining the nights show, so it's always best to call or check their website before heading out

Great atmosphere, Went for the Jazz but got vulgar rap as opener. Music got much better after that. Food quality and menu needs a lot of work. I imagine they will address these deficiencies. Overall enjoyed our evening and will be back.

I came to St. Louis for a weekend and wanted to hear some urban blues. the show I reserved tickets for was, unfortunately, canceled due to illness; nonetheless, BB's moved quickly and brought an amazing band to save the night. the drinks are great and the ambience is wonderful.

Great place to listen to music on Saturday afternoon. I think I might have been charged for a flat beer. The bartender told me to remind her to take off the charge? We didn't eat there.

The building was amazing with photos, drawings and paintings of famous jazz and blues artists. The clientele was energized, diverse, friendly and fun! Pub food and good drinks. Parking was a bit dicey due to the Cardinals baseball game.

It's hard to find live music/bands. I can always count on BBs for showcasing STL talent. Thank you. The menu/drink selection had changed drastically since the pandemic...patiently awaiting the days of old

A St Louis icon for live music. As one musician put it "If you want to play live music in St. Louis you go through BB's" I saw Joe Metzka and besides being charming he is an amazing incredibly talented musician. BB's has provided St. Louis culture with great musicians since 1976!!

One of my favorite hangouts in St. Louis! Friendly staff, decent food and tremendous music! They are so incredibly supportive of the local community, as well, providing their venue for charity events when asked. Love BB's!
