Love this place. Yum great food and really good people running it.
Very convenient place to eat right before going to a concert at the Pageant. Good selection of Greek food to choose from. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is cooked fresh, so it took a little longer. Food tasted ok, but not as good as my favorite gyro restaurant. There are six tables if you want to dine. The building is old, but the restaurant is clean. I have eaten here many times and enjoy it every time.
There food is still delicious I took away 1 star because I got a large Greek salad and it was super small just in a large container , not a good picture but it was good jumbo gyro and small/large Greek salad

Outstanding Little gyro salad joint. Food is always fresh portions are ridiculously large for the dollar and the people are so friendly in the place is always so clean! They are outstanding in every which way you'd like to visit a place to pick up food
Jonas and the Gyro House team are awesome. Jumbo Gyro actually has larger portions than Regular Gyro. The gyro meat skewer is cool to look at and very fresh.
If you're looking for a late night dinner that is affordable, fast, and tasty, this is your place. Plus, Jonas checks in often to make sure all is yummy and is friendly with questions.
This place knows gyros. The meat was on point, and the fresh veggie toppings helped pull the sandwich together. Would recommend to a friend. Plus the baklava reminded my husband of what he had overseas, to the extent that we needed to buy some to take home with us.

This place is hands down the best gyro I've found in the St. Louis area (and I'm from Chicago, where the gyro grows on trees and it rains tzatziki/cucumber sauce). I know my gyro, and Gyro House nails it every single time. I live about an hour away, and on multiple occasions I have made the drive all the way there JUST for the sole purpose of getting one of their gyro! Of course I usually order a side of meat to freeze and fry later at home, but my point is if you're looking for good gyro, this is the place. Also, the baklava is hands down the best I've ever had. Ever. The staff is incredibly friendly, the man behind the counter calls me "Sir Niko" which makes me feel incredibly important, and they will absolutely bend over backwards to customize your order and serve you up an unforgettable experience. Check it out. If you like gyro, hummus, falafel or baklava, you cannot go wrong with Gyro House!! Honorable mention: try the hummus and pita. My wife always orders the hummus and pita and raves about it for days after.
Friendly, fast service (they were already shaving the lamb before I could finish giving my order) and comfortable outdoor tables to enjoy the Delmar scene. The lamb was first rate and the salad and pita bread were fresh. Suggestions: use feta (not American cheese) on the gyro salad. Likewise, include Tzatziki (not house dressing) on the gyro salad and skip the upcharge.
Wonderful place. Staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Perfect place before heading to The Pagent for a show. Definitely will be returning.
