I cannot say enough good things about the women who work in the perfume and cosmetics department. I went in with the impossible task of finding a special perfume that someone once smelled a year ago 😳 With a lot of patience from the lovely woman who helped me and excessive descriptions of the events that unfolded a year ago; we found the fragrance my recipient was looking for!! Not only was this miraculous woman a fragrance specialist but she also extraordinarily knowledgeable in makeup. She helped me narrow down the perfect product and was totally honest the whole time. Never trying to “Just sell me something”!! She truly wanted me to be happy. Thanks a million! I’ll definitely be coming back for other purchases in the near future because of this experience.

I LOVE this location. Christa is our go-to for all things Neiman and I could not ask for a better representative of the brand. She helped me select the perfect gifts for my partner at Christmas and is amazing to work with all year long. If you are ever looking for a great brand ambassador who will treat you with amazing respect and just all around stellar customer service, look no further! Finally, for a smaller size Neiman, this store has a nice selection for men…and if they don’t have it in store, they are always willing to get it ordered and shipped straight to us (which is a plus, since we are an hour and a half away).

I had an absolutely lovely time at Neiman Marcus the other day! I was looking for a wedding guest dress and I had no idea where to start. The store manager, Dan, was so incredibly helpful with setting me up with my own personal shopper, Brandon. This being my first visit ever to an upscale clothing store, I was kind of nervous but Brandon and Dan made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Tim was very knowledgeable in the products as well and everyone I met was so nice and accommodating. The customer service is top notch. I chose an amazing dress and boots that Brandon paired together and I can’t wait to visit again. Truly an amazing experience!
