I can not stop talking about, The Wood Shack! This place has most the amazing foods, they really put their foot in it! The owner is the essence of the place he showed us how much he cares about his customer's happiness and the sweet server didn't make us wait for anything and was always at arms reach.. it was not a busy night so if you have to wait for anything the food is worth it!
We can not wait to go back again!

I can safely say, if you like a good sandwich with delicious smoked meats, this is the place for you. The staff was very nice. Loved the decor, and the music selection was on point! Also, the music was not too loud to enjoy conversation at the table.

Great music, food and service in an unsuspecting little shack in the corner in the Soulard neighborhood. They even have vegetarian options of the menu. The vegan wrap was everything. On the contrary I do not recommend the mac and cheese. The flavor is bland and the sauce was watery. It was more like a soup. The recipe should be tweaked for vetter flavor notes and consistency that will improve the overall dish. Other diners ordered sandwiches with fries and they loved them.

Food is fantastic and the new location is very cute. Highly recommend the Delgado. Giant shrimp (not the tiny breaded ones you usually get), amazing sauce and the bread is perfect. Also got the poutine tater tots with hugs chunks of melty chese and a delicious au jus. Patio is very nice and pip really enjoyed her snack. Also got a elderflower 75 which was so good.

We came in on a Sunday night. It was a large group and they served us right away. I had their blackberry mojito and it was delicious. Food was also good, at first glance the sandwich looked small, but I didn’t even finish it! Packed a lot of great taste, and will definitely come back to check out the patio and try their mac and cheese!

In STL for business and was looking for a good local spot to grab lunch and stopped in here. Fantastic food, friendly bubbly service that made me feel welcomed and fair prices. I got the pressed French dip and Cajun style fries and it was amazing. I definitely will be back by this hidden gem! 10/10

Me and my bestie went here on a whim wanting to try something new . Food is top notch definitely recommend the steak salad or the gobagool sandwich. The drinks are so good !!! And celeise the bar manager is so sweet! She gave us great recommendations and she made our drinks perfectly! Fav new bar !

Ive been eating eating and ordering from woodshack for years now and it has yet to dissapoint me. The primer with extra bone marrow aioli and the pastrami reuben are my favorite orders.
Edit: new location, same great food, with some additions too. The tacos were fantastic and the corned beef was as great as I remembered, juicy, flavorful, distinctive. The upstairs has a great view and the patio is cute.

Love this place! I am quite a wing foodie and these are the best wings I have ever had. Have to try the Pork Steaks…….. Awesome. Their patio is wonderful and so comfortable. You will not get any bad food here.
