My ice cream sandwich was absolutely delicious. Exclamation poi was overjoyed to see the large amount of ice cream that they put in between my cookies. However, I would be remiss. If I didn't share the less than stellar attitude of the cashier who did not hold shy to express her opinion about not wanting to have to scoop ice cream and that it would be OK if we only ordered cookies.😑 To be fair, it was late in the night and less than 30 minutes away from closing. However, we had waited in line for an extended of time.
My son and I are visiting St. Louis for a couple days, and we made a late night stop here last night for some dessert. It was fantastic! The woman working was kind and welcoming and the ice cream and cookies she served us were amazing! Definitely would recommend!
We had our first experience with insomnia cookies through doordash. Omg! Delicious, soft, beautifully made, wonderful cookies! I think I fell in love with my husband a little bit more last night watching him order them lol! I cannot say about the atmosphere as our order was delivered but our cookies were still warm when we got them. Excellent! I will be back, I promise!
I found this place while visiting the city. The cookies are soooo delicious. They are soft and slightly chewy. I tried a bunch of flavors, and while I recommend them all, my favorite was the peanut butter chip. The first time I tried the cookies, I went to the store. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and polite. Now that I'm heading home, I ordered delivery. The delivery was quick, and the delivery person was polite as well. Give them a try... you will not be disappointed!
They were out of triple chocolate chunk so the man working gave me three regular chocolate chip cookies instead. They were great! Would've gotten milk to go with them, but the only milk they had was expired 😕
The cookies are excellent, 6 out of 5 stars. You won't be disappointed.
As a note: Insomnia Cookies appears to have an issue with their integration to Grubhub. Orders aren't marked as 'delivered' and they did not respect the delivery option preferences... this caused us to eat cold cookies about 45 minutes late. Hopefully they fix this issue.
Taryn was so friendly and made the best ice cream cookie sandwich I have ever had! She went above and beyond to make our experience fabulous. 10/10 Taryn!
Taryn was the friendliest cookie purveyor I've ever met. She took time out of a truck delivery and offered the most gracious cookie experience possible. I'd give a sixth and seventh star if only Google were prepared for their kind of greatness.
My husband and I stopped by tonight for some dessert after the Dude Perfect That's Happy summer tour show and our girl T was an ABSOLUTE HOMIE and blessed us with free ice cream cookie sandwiches since it was our first time trying Insomnia Cookies! We were first BAFFLED BOGGLED and nothing less than BAMBOOZLED but Boy Howdy did T not disappoint us with her glorious presentation of our cookie ice cream sandwiches. The cookies were warm. The ice cream decadent. The boxes beautiful. We have never been more impressed with a cookie ice cream sandwich in our lives. We give this place 10/10, two thumbs up, and an easy 5 stars 👌👌
Visiting St. Louis and stopped by for desert, the cookies were everything you could ask for. Soft, gooey and delicious. And service was incredible. So knowledgeable of each and every flavor.
