Mom's Deli is an absolute must! It's a St. Louis icon. The sandwiches are excellent. We like the Mom's Special, Poor Boy, and Beef and Philly hot with gravy best. but all the subs are yummy!!! We've been going here for decades and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

First time here and always was told it’s the best. Everyone wasn’t wrong. Ordered Mom’s special. The best deli sandwich ever. The sauce they put on it was fantastic. Even my wife who doesn’t care for these type of sandwiches says when are u going back. The best ever.

This was the worst meatball sub I’ve ever had. Whoever told them to microwave bread should be fired. The meatballs were cold and the bread was microwaved so tough I could not even eat it it was disgusting. As a cook of 30 years let me suggest that you heat the meatballs separately from from the bread. And I could not even get it toasted. I would not recommend this meatball sub to anyone. As a matter of fact I think Jersey Mike’s is much better. You can get a hot fresh cooked steak sub there. And they don’t microwave their bread disgusting.

Stopped here on our way out of St. Louis. The line was out the door but went fast. The employees were really nice and helpful. Great food and great energy. Try the pickles!

This was my first time here. Early on a Saturday (10am). Ordered the Mom's Special. Sandwich was ready in short order. The staff was busy making sandwiches for big orders, but mine was ready quickly. The staff was friendly enough for me. The sandwich was delicious. Definitely worth trying.

This place is a St.louis staple for a reason. Even while having a line out the door, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was awesome as well. I got the roast beef with gravy and it definitely was the move. Overall, I give the sandwich a 9 out of 10 and the restaurant overall is a 9.5 outta 10. Great spot to grab some lunch with the family and enjoy the patio on a nice day.

We got both the Mom's and the Dad's (with gravy and provel cheese, warmed). Both were delicious, but on a hot day, I would definitely recommend the mom's. It was cold and refreshing, which I've never said about a sandwich before. We will definitely be making our way back over there to stop in again. Oh, and there may be a line but it moves fairly quickly and is worth it.
