I walked in and it was steaming hot. the one day it was above 80 degrees here in illinois and i expected to come in for a break from the heat and enjoy my favorite yogurt place but once i walked in, it was hotter in here than it was outside. This AC needs to be fixed asap. The workers are dying and this is NOT a good working condition. The workers are fanning themselves with LIDS.

Wow! This place is fantastic. I came in on friday night right before closing and the employees were so sweet and accommodating. They helped us navigate out first time enjoying FroYo so swimmingly and have us itching to go back. I believe their names were Ella and Annalese or something similar. Tell them great job!

Best place ever I have never had something like this ever in my life this is the best place I will definitely be coming back pretty soon. I recommend the mango flavor that one is really good and for toppings I recommend mango boba it's the best.

Cute spot to bring family when walking around downtown St Charles. Cost is by weight with lots of options for toppings. Parking out front is limited.

the cashier took my frozen yogurt and put a spoon in it before weighing it. It’s really not a huge deal but I thought I was paying for the yogurt not the complementary spoon as well? 🤔

Awful. Hot as hell. Workers were nice but it was so hot the yogurt was almost melted before i even started eating it.

I went today with my family and I thought it was a nice place at first but when it came to asking the lady for the topping we wanted she was rude. I pointed clearly at what I want and she replied very rudely and said “I don’t know what you want you need to tell me not point” she had such a rude tone. The yogurt wasn’t even that good I got watermelon, chocolate, cookies and cream, and raspberry all the flavors tasted badly. The only good thing at this place were the toppings but those were most likely bought from a store. I would never come again!
