Ho-ho Chinese Restaurant

This food is disgusting. Not edible. Old ..burnt . horrible ..it was so bad ... please please don't eat there. ..waited for delivery for a long time. Only to be highly disappointed. The worst food I could ever imagine.. they must be paying people to give them good reviews because this wasn't even food. I personally would be ashamed to serve this rotten slop to anyone!!!! The rudeness COMing from the woman on the phone was amazing. What a horrible attitude..I fully expect to get my money back...I will be contacting the BBB. They need to be reported.. please don't waste your time and money. DISGUSTING

We moved to the St. Charles area a little over a year ago. While we've tried other Chinese places that were closer to the house, we took a chance on Ho-Ho and do not regret it and now it's our go-to when we want Chinese food. The jumbo crab rangoon is super good--more on the savory side, so those of you who prefer the sweeter side may not like them. I always get plain fried rice with egg-drop soup, and my partner likes to switch between the braised chicken, and Kung Pao chicken; everything has been super tasty. We've only done take-out, but the portions were always nice, and the food was hot. The owners are super nice. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but they have themselves some new regular customers now. :)

THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD AND SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM A CHINESE PLACE. THE GUY WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB!!! FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. WINGS WERE DARK AND HARD AS A BRICK, THE SHRIMP ST PAUL LOOKED LIKE A SCRAMBLE EGG, THE SHRIMP WASN'T DONE AND THE FLAVOR WAS NASTY!!! THE GAVE ME A REFUND BUT THEY WEREN'T APOLOGETIC AT ALL!!!

The best sweet and sour sauce I've EVER tasted! The estimated delivery time was spot on. The staff was very friendly. The ONLY draw back was the scarcity of meat in the dishes. However, when l brought the problem to their attention, they gave me the option of a dish replacement or an immediate refund.
