Haven't been here in a long time, Glad I came back. Great food and a great atmosphere. Also, Great service and a great place to go for low prices on food. I will definitely return and recommend.

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a satisfying casual dining experience. Their diverse menu includes flavorful Tex-Mex dishes, juicy burgers, and tasty appetizers. While the service is generally good, expect occasional delays during peak hours. Prices are reasonable, making it a solid choice for a relaxed meal out.
My only upset was the house salad I received *pictured. For 6.50 you could definitely add more Lettuce to it. Quite disappointing but everything else was good.
Was extremely busy and my family had to wait for an hour before I got there but when I got there and checked on the seating, we were seated almost immediately. We had a couple of issues with the service and had to wait a while for our server to take our orders. A couple of times we had to get another employee to get our server for us.
I had the most amazing drink. It was a strawberry patron freeze. It is my new favorite drink. Everyone tasted it and absolutely loved it. I will be back and I will be having another one of those for sure.
Chilis: 4/5 I haven’t been to Chili’s in a while, but I was very happy about this experience.
I ordered a Texas cheese fry with extra cheese, of course and it came out just as I wanted it to.
The server was nice.
Maybe we will come here again for happy hour because they have very good deals on mixed drinks. We also ordered a molten lava cake which never fails.
The manager also looked very happy so it was nice to see a good atmosphere. It was also pretty fast service for Saturday afternoon.
We had a party of 9 on a Saturday. Our waiter Alisha deserves a raise. She was friendly, her patience was unmatched, and she kept a smile which was appreciated. Our food was good, only complaint was my brother. His salad and soup were a little small.
The 3 for $10 deal is amazing, especially worth it with the classic margarita upgrade.
We skipped the baby back ribs and were still very happy. Worth the two hour drive from SF
The drinks were so tasty I had to get another. The food came out at a good time and it was all very good. The ribs are a hit or miss. Last time it was great, this time felt like the flavor came for the bbq sauce. Get the appetizers, it's all worth a try.
The bartender that I had tonight 8/17, she provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I let her know that I had a very rough week, and she saw to it that I enjoyed myself because she had a similar situation happen to her. She listened to me, and showed me kindness that I really needed at the time. Her name is Gretchen, please see to it that she sees this review and knows that she really made a difference in my evening. I’m sure she will remember me!
I love going to this Chili's at the Arden location. I never have to wait too long for the table or you can choose your own table at the bar area. My favorite item in the menu is their frozen margaritas. I order it with their 3-For-Me menu. Not really the best deal since they tack-in an extra $3.50 for the margs and extra $3.50 for the cheesecake, and you'll still end up with a $60 bill for 2 people. Love it eitherwise.
