OMG this place is freaken awesome!!! Big portions, yummy and tasty meats and salads. There quesadilla is so delicious. I don't know what is on those tortilla but its to die for. Best quesadilla I have ever tasted!! They also have this Mint Lemonade it is sooo refreshing good for the hot summer. The staff are pretty nice too. Love love love this place!!
This place is kind of like a nicer chipotle. Love the atmosphere and the DIY order style. They always have daily specials if you're not sure what to order. I also recommend you try their Limeade with Jamaica flowers from the drink bar.
I’d say the food is great, but the workers there are pretty rude and too pushy. I was new to cafe rio and when I asked what “everything on my salad” meant they sorta just mumbled and quickly rushed over the ingredients. I had no idea what was going on so it was disappointing. Also they ran out of a couple things when I was there so the place overall has really great tasting food but this particular location is hit or miss. I’d definitely say it’s a better value than chipotle. They also have a rewards app that I’d look into if I were you. The restaurant itself was clean and good amount of spacing and chairs. Great environment and good but service is iffy.
Firstly, no one should complain about $1.50 tacos. They were tasty and worth the price. You can get a soda, rice and beans for two bucks more. That being said, would I order them for regular price. Probably not. I'd try something else. To me a taco should be on a corn tortilla. But the flour tortillas here are fresh, chewy and good. I'd probably add cilantro and onion to the pico and lettuce they include, but the pico de Gallo was tasty. And they melt some cheese on them too. You order in line here like that other place that starts with a C. The line moves quickly, and by the time you pay, you're taking your food with you. I'd do it again, and I wouldn't mind trying some of their other offerings.
So I'm giving this place 5 stars cause the taste is always good and Consistent but I still love my Aldberto's! But if I am in the area I'm going to cafe rio!!!
Taco Tuesday! $1.50 for a taco, great price, you get your choice of 3 meats for your taco. The Attached picture cost $4.50 (3 tacos) plus tax.

Not only are their tortillas the best I’ve ever had, but all of their ingredients are fresh and delicious. They offer an insane amount of coupons so my husband, daughter and I often eat there for under $10. I don’t know how they’re doing it because everything is so fresh and delicious. It’s like if Taco Bell were healthy... only way tastier and less expensive!
