The in and out and then again in burger is always a good place to eat. Why ? A few simple reasons:
1. Cleanliness
2. Service
3. Time
4. Freshness
5. Price
6. Simplicity
Every In-&-out burger place is always clean, clean restrooms, clean servers. There customer service is very pleasing, and they are quick to prepare your order and all of it with freshest produce possible. Their prices are very competitive. Plus they don't have three hundred items on the menu. Just basic five or six items. There is no chance that you can say that their burger was not tasty. And they have strict standards. Their employees are always appear happy. Much better than all the others.
The burgers are always Great and Delicious. The girl that helped us with our order was very polite and courteous. She was happy that she had a great job.
It was very busy inside and the speed of service was like no other. I was #4 when I ordered and the service was calling out #84. I received my food quicker than I thought. Way to go In-n-Out team members for such an outstanding job of getting the food out quick under such tremendous pressure. 👏 👏 👏
Good food and fast service. This In-N-Out Burger location is in a busy Arden way area yet we managed to get there just before lunch time rush. My Burger was nice, juicy and had all the fixing; my fries were a bit of the short cut types and did get a touch cold before I finished eating.
I've been living outside of the USA and this was my first time at an In-N-Out in over two years. It was every bit as good as I remember. Went with double-double w/fries "animal style", delicious!
In N Out was great as always. I think this one may be slightly smaller than most. Staff was friendly as always and there is no other FAST FOOD burger as good as In N Out, by a long shot.
Not everyone likes the fries, but they have a unique fresh taste and you get a lot if you dine in.
The place is always busy, but the employees are quick so they're prepping and dispatching orders as soon as they're ready, they're always helpful if you need extra items (napkins, yellow chili's, if Ketchup container is empty, etc). We prefer to go inside because the drive thru is always super packed.
Wonderful fast service. Great food. I have a need for no salt and they were able to accommodate it. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers.
Visited the west coast for the first time and had to try In-N-Out with the family. It was very affordable for the amount of food you get -- the burgers are juicy and flavorful, although there were too many onions...
The restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean, and it was overall a really nice visit.

Ok what can I say that you don't know? They are fast, quality, & delicious food. (Except their fries, gross) They have a very limited simple menu that just makes me smile. I t would seem that a large verity of options would be more desirable, but it's really not. Their stream lined system that pushes the longest lines in the industry (maybe not chick-fil-a is close) through in a satisfyingly fast pase. A larger menu only causes slow down and indecision. And in the kitchen mistakes. Not once in the years I've got to in and out has their ever been a mistake with my food, and I'm picky. I modify everything. No mistake by them at least, I've forgotten to say no spread or onion a few times but it's always me. Never them. It's hard to admit that. And their always cheerful young people with smiles and good attitudes. I guess that's what employees are like when they have liveable wages and healthcare. It seems like the formula works. You know as well as I do they got great simple food, nice happy people taking your orders and a nostalgia about them that feels like what America is supposed to be. I hope other companies try to "bite" their style.
