The burgers are always Great and Delicious. The girl that helped us with our order was very polite and courteous. She was happy that she had a great job.
It was very busy inside and the speed of service was like no other. I was #4 when I ordered and the service was calling out #84. I received my food quicker than I thought. Way to go In-n-Out team members for such an outstanding job of getting the food out quick under such tremendous pressure. 👏 👏 👏
Good food and fast service. This In-N-Out Burger location is in a busy Arden way area yet we managed to get there just before lunch time rush. My Burger was nice, juicy and had all the fixing; my fries were a bit of the short cut types and did get a touch cold before I finished eating.
I've been living outside of the USA and this was my first time at an In-N-Out in over two years. It was every bit as good as I remember. Went with double-double w/fries "animal style", delicious!
In N Out was great as always. I think this one may be slightly smaller than most. Staff was friendly as always and there is no other FAST FOOD burger as good as In N Out, by a long shot.
Not everyone likes the fries, but they have a unique fresh taste and you get a lot if you dine in.
The place is always busy, but the employees are quick so they're prepping and dispatching orders as soon as they're ready, they're always helpful if you need extra items (napkins, yellow chili's, if Ketchup container is empty, etc). We prefer to go inside because the drive thru is always super packe

Visited the west coast for the first time and had to try In-N-Out with the family. It was very affordable for the amount of food you get -- the burgers are juicy and flavorful, although there were too many onions...

Always great. Even when they are slammed, food and service are great. The reason I gave 4 of 5🌟 for atmosphere, is not actually their fault. Sometimes, they are so busy there is 🚫 nowhere to sit.🪑 So now, I just order it to go, with the hope that a table will open up. 😁
I always have an enjoyable visit here. I have not experienced anything negative . The place is always clean, despite how busy they are, the employees always seem to be smiling, and friendly with the customers. The food is always on point and tasty til the last bite .

About as solid as any in n out. No complaints. It wouldn't be my 1st choice of in n outs in town if I wanted to sit outside with a date but that's not the fault of the restaurant and more of a reflection on the area itself.
