Arby's

Asked for no tomato so they took the tomato ends and wrapped it up with my sandwich. Also there's sauce or something all over the outside of the paper that isn't anything that went on the sandwich only cheese ,onion and bacon on one half of the sandwich none on the other half. The other half was a little bit of turkey and lettuce. I had to practically reconstruct the entire thing.. after I pulled the rest of the tomato pieces off my sandwich good thing I'm not allergic. And now I'm second-guessing whether I should eat it at all, considering the sauce all over the outside of the paper that tells me that the kitchen isn't clean. One star because I can't give zero.. I have been to this Arby's several times and I won't make that mistake again.. also their ice cream maker has been broke for at least 2 weeks. Please don't waste your money..

Arby's is not what it used to be. The menu pictures are always oversized, non-uniform chicken breasts and the shakes are fancy with whipped cream and syrup. The chicken patty I got was the same thing you get in a gas station microwave; small, flat, tasteless, and not crispy. I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich and the sauce didn't seem too spicy, but had good flavor. A few minutes after finishing the sandwich is when the heat hit me, so it's in there somewhere. I tried the chicken nuggets when they first come out, but they were also cheap; hard, dry, mostly breading, no flavor. The chocolate shake looked like what you used to get at McDonald's in the 90's; no ice cream, no whip, no syrup. It was just that weird processed goop they stick in a machine, which doesn't satisfy a chocolate craving. The curly fries also seemed old and under the heat lamp too long and I didn't get a single curl; it was all bits. The prices have continued to increase significantly over the past couple years, but the food has gone the other way. They have an app, but it does not offer a rewards program or any coupons, so it's kind of pointless. It sucks when the commercials make you want the food and then you get a disappointing pile of unsatisfying stuff. I'm writing this review to remind myself to not go back, since I've been to this one four times now and have never had a decent meal there. I miss what Arby's used to be.

The nice gentleman at the window @Grand Mound store gave me the wrong receipt. I am sure I owed them about 3 $ more.... I personally had a long day and I'm thankful they were there to help me get some decent food home 💜😘💜 I forgot to ask for Arby's sauce and that was my bad! Keep going and good job! Absolutely obnoxious drive-thru staff. I'm all for allowing people to show some personality at work, but pray that your order doesn't include anything that needs a straw or fork. You'll be asked "do you want a straw?" and when you say yes, you'll be asked "how bout a knife? Are you sure? How bout a fork? How about a spoon? Do you want your card back? Are you sure? Do you want a reciept?". I've experienced this "comedy routine" 3 times trying to grab food after work, and it somehow manages to get less funny every time. At least my order wasn't missing half the things or my fork I asked for this time!
