Chipotle Mexican Grill

The poor staff was getting pummeled today by rude customers in reaction to their computer system being down. They were hustling like mad - doing the best with what they could to get the orders out (ultimately cost me a whole extra 3 minutes in line), but some other customers in the store were being horrible and unforgiving about the inconvenience. Despite the treatment being hurled at them, the staff remained professional and apologetic about the situation. Keeping their cool better than I ever would in that spot. I'm mostly writing this review in the hopes that management be aware of how well the staff was handling an otherwise miserable situation that was clearly not their fault.

Always friendly people. Food is good and cooked well. Is kept clean as much as they can. They wore masks and gloves. Washed hands..made me a secret menu item burrito. Wish was amazing. Only annoying thing not on them but their card gift card system. Is that i have a gift card with like 13 bucks on it and i know because i use to have 25 on it. And called to confirm amount remaining twice. But they say it is declined. I had the money for it just annoying. Other than that it was great.

Amazing ingredients and big enough portions that you could split a meal with a friend. Nice outdoor area for sitting and directly next to a Starbucks for a one-two combo. Service is friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable but not cheap. Cove heard the chicken at this location is better than most but barbacoa all the way for me!
