Small but cozy! More comforting than other Starbucks locations, this feels like a true coffee shop and not a spiffy high end place. Drinks and good!
My favorite Starbucks in Rochester. It's a real cosy place to sit and have a coffee. The decor is very traditional / old and there's plenty of seating upstairs. The service was quick and professional.

I really like this location, it's very cosy upstairs, you can sit by the window in a comfy chair and enjoy your coffee. I also like the background music, it adds a nice touch to the whole experience. They have a very friendly crew. I highly recommend this location for everyone downtown.
Pleasant service and nice atmosphere. I've never had a bad experience here hence the five stars. As far as the drinks? Well if you've been to one Starbucks you've been to them all, I don't have much to say about them. They're pretty standard Coffee.
Very chill atmosphere here, love the building and its layout. Upper floor oddly closes an hour earlier than the rest of the building, but not a big deal for me. Can get pretty busy from afternoonish towards evening. Staff is more on the professional side than personal, but they warn up the more you go. Limited sitting on the bottom floor, but tons of electrical outlets which makes me very happy.
This specific location has messed up my drink more often than not but the manger alicia always fixed things and is very kind. Seems under staffed or just to busy and mix ups happening often. Using the app gets me gifts often, love the app
Parking behind is a challenge, but the coffee shop is nice inside.
If hanging for a while, comfy chairs await upstairs!
Bathrooms are nonspecific. I can't recall if they have baby changing stations but then again, I don't have any kids.

Highly encourages Mobile Ordering through app, because of course Covid. They always have my order nice and neat when I arrive to pick it up. And I love the addition of the stickers over the iced drinks, especially when carrying multiple of them. I came in one time and the lobby was congested because people kept coming in and ordering. Really, the only time I had to wait was during that time so I could sneak around them and get my order from the mobile order table. People should call ahead if unsure about their serving policy, I try to during these times.
Standard pre made starbucks food and good drinks, but exceptional staff! Every single barista who works here is an angel. Theyre all so bubbly and sweet and fun, 10/10 would leave a nice tip every time. They deserve it.
