Mcdonald's

The young smiling black girl was running an order out to a customer in a car she had a orange vest on she saw me walking in and held the door and immediately waited on me was very attentive smiling make me feel welcome when I got out of the army and manage restaurants for a couple decades and she is a keeper.... Hopefully the managers understand that she's old school values and very much attentive to customer service. Hopefully they hold on to her maybe fast track her to start training other people because her whole demeanor was amazing great job I wish I got your name.

Girlfriend was in Strong after having a brain aneurysm bleed and I was on crutches from having surgery two days before her aneurysm, and they were polite enough to carry stuff out to my truck for me and put it a different type of lid on her mocha frappe so that I could carry it and my backpack without dumping it as i was on crutches and couldn't carry it regularly. Very polite and no attitude given, just a polite willingness to help. Very surprised to get that help especially in a city.

This review is for the McDonald's in collegetown. First McDonald's I actually like to go into and I will return to this one only. I haven't found a McDonald's in Rochester that is worth stopping at. Food always cold, most are understaffed, and a lot of rudeness all the way around. But this McDonald's has good staff, hot food, and a good vibe.

Went the drive through method on a bike (not allowed apparently) and before they realized it, they had processed my order. Several employees were laughing (so was I) as one asked how fast I could go on my bike. "Yeah, about thirty," I said, confirming one of their guesses. That seemed to be enough to convince the manager that I was, in fact, "a different model of automobile." Great McDonald's; lively staff and clean seating.
