This was the first time we have tried Caribbean and this restaurant. The food was amazing. The spice was just right and my picky French fry loving husband said he would pick the tostones over fries anytime. We will definitely coming back here to eat.

Delicious Cuban/Caribbean joint right across from Mayo St. Mary's campus. Had takeout 3 days in a row now and will keep hitting it up while I'm here cuz it's that good. Easy online ordering and friendly staff. Rec a side of Tostones for an awesome crunchy surprise. Legit.

5/23/2022 update: Any time we are driving through Rochester, we look forward to stopping at Francisco's. We were really looking forward to dinner but when we received our food all of us noticed that all their portions have gotten smaller. We ordered three Cubano's, two Jamaican patties and two beef empanada's. They totally skimped out on the meat for the Cubano's, not only were their little meat they also had no flavor and were very dry. The Jamaican patties and empanada barely had a filling, they were all just dough with no flavor. It never used to be like this! Our family was so disappointed and sadly we won't be going back again. No longer our Cuban place. :( Great service, love the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the food was amazing! They use real Cuban bread for their Cubano's! We are so happy we found this gem in Rochester.

Pretty high rating but... The Cuban coffee, Cuban sandwiches and other Cuban food was outstanding, tasty, and darned authentic. The gal working the front was charming , attractive and just nice. If you enjoy this style of food (Cuban) this is a must go, in my opinion. Enjoyed very much.

Had a Cuban and jerk chicken. Delicious and as authentic as you can get unless you go to the places of origin. Highly recommended!
