This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.

Good to see Tim Hortons in Rochester. Some of the items in the menu are slightly different from the Canadian menu. Would like to see more clean washroom.

Kenny is my morning sunshine! He is part of the 5 am crew at this location. His chipper attitude first thing in the morning makes my day. Plus their coffee is great!!!

I ordered their and and swiss sandwich in a toasted roll. Very delighted with the taste got potato chips rather the donut. Greasy but good. And yest I got a Boston cream donut for later. Thank you

I went there this morning. The 2 for $5 french toast breakfast sandwiches were great. I also picked up a strawberry cheesecake muffin for one of my employees. She loved it. And Tim's always has the best coffee. The service at the drive thru was quick and friendly.

Drive thru is always fast and accurate.
Customer Service has definitely been getting better throughout the years. Keep up the wonderful job staff 👍🏾

Service has improved! . And the guy working the line is doing a great job . When he is there i know my food isn't burnt. And the new window cashier is much more professional and polite. Mornings are much easier!
