It's a Taco Bell. Not a fancy one, but not run down either. They get my order right more often then it's wrong. On some weekends it can get so busy around midnight that the drive thru line goes out to the street.

Went for some breakfast bright and early on sunday! Ordered through the app and got everything as soon as got there for the pickup! Best taco bell in the Roc!

I don’t know if they have new management or what not but this has been the best Taco Bell that I have been to so far and I been to several all over the states but there service was great and professional and efficient as well. The last times I have been to this location usually my order is wrong or my taco is small with more lettuce then meat or my tacos weren’t wrapped all the way. Today my tacos were portioned properly and wrapped as well I am cook myself and I work in management so I can definitely appreciate the big things that seem small at times.

My kids swear we are supposed to go to Taco Bell every Tuesday recently we went to the Webster location and the manager by the name of Haley showed us full signs of racism to the point. I asked for a refund and then drove to the Irondequoit location where they treat us like human people not by the skin of our color.

This location is one of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. The staff are friendly and seem to have a good time no matter how busy it gets.

I like Taco Bell. Alot of people rail on it, but when you get down to the brass tacks, it is tasty food at a low cost. This particular Taco Bell had an employee who gave my kids each a free Cinamon Twist. Because of this employee, I will make an effort to eat at this Taco Bell before others! It does make a difference when you treat your customers well!

It is rare that a fast food joint warrants a review of any kind. We all know why we go to taco bell ... It isn't because it's the best... It isn't because of the atmosphere... It's because the food is quick, cheap (relatively, inflation AMIRITE?), and well, food.
The service I received this time however was great. The staff were having a good time, and we were joking back and forth. The food was well prepared and not just throw together. All in all, it was a good experience. I know it's a pretty low bar to successfully provide fast food, but this time, at this location, the taco bell team knocked it out of the park.

It's a Taco Bell. What more do you need? We dined in, and the restaurant was very clean. They forgot an item on the order and were quick to correct the mistake when I asked politely. The food was quality Taco Bell garbage, and I loved asuch as ever.
