They always mess up my order. The food is great, if my order isn't wrong. They've messed up with cashing out, they charged me for someone else's order before and they made me come back the next day to get my money back. Then it took 3 more days to post on my bank account. Last time I went, the food made my fiance and me sick for 2 days.
Horrible service. They're always rude.
They always have their grills / ovens shut down at least an hour before closing. Absolutely terrible.

Quick fresh food and smoothies. I think some items are a little on the bland side. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Prices are reasonable.

I would give zero stars if I had the option— horrible customer service. Went to the drive thru and tried ordering a kids meal. When we asked what the sides were, we had trouble hearing the person on the other end. They didn’t have the time to just list the side options. Before we decided to drive away and go elsewhere, we heard the woman say something along the lines of the sides are on the side speaker. No wonder there was no line. Please consider who you put on the other end of the microphone. It wouldn’t have been an inconvenience to just list the sides especially since we’ve never been here before.

Absolutely disappointed. Usually this place has amazing smoothies and food. Drove 35 minutes out of my way to stop here just for my TWO smoothies to taste like water. Spent almost $20 on food and drinks just for it to melt and be thrown away. I’ll be visiting a different location from now on.
