3 Latino Restaurant

Awesome food though I'd recommend getting takeout over dining in. A little run down inside and not everything on the menu is anyways available. Also had a dude loudly arguing with his baby mama before Skyping his daughter, and had to specifically ask to tip my server. Food was fantastic despite the ambiance and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great food for those days you want to avoid the kitchen but still have a nice affordable "home-cooked" meal. If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place for you - they are OK, I go there with intention of having the least conversation/interaction, get the food and get going attitude so it works for me! I wish they could keep their children from the food area... I once got disgusted by a child licking mayonnaise off the jar behind the counter.

We came here from Buffalo Ny we waited an hr to get our food instead of all our plates coming to the table together they all came at different times then tell us that they didn’t have an order (after an hr of sitting there) so he picked off of others peoples plates and the last person had to wait 20 min extra while the 1st plate at our table was already given . We waited FOREVER for our food and it was barely even Warm atleast . & our rice was clumpy like they just warmed it up NOT FRESH .There was a tie in one of our stinks & a hair in our carne frita . NOT WORTH THE DRIVE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN .

The food is usually very good. Today, i didn't get to eat it. I walked in, placed my order and was told about 45 minutes... I returned an hour later and still no food. He said they needed another 20 mins after trying to avoid answering the question as to how long... dude, i speak spanish... i heard what the kitchen was saying... so an inferior restaurant got my money today... you won't get too many more chances if you treat customers like that, not even an apology or an explanation, i'm not unreasonable... me dejastes con ganas de mofongo... smh... you'll get one more random shot because you may have had a bad day...but only because the other experiences were so good

3 latinos is very family oriented. It's a place to relax and feel as if your home. If your in a hurry then this is not a place for you. The customer service may be slack to some and it takes a bit of time for your food but like i said its a place to relax like your at HOME!! The food here is spectacular. The women there work really hard. Te quiero mucho!!!!

Terrible! We came in with a valid (non-expired) gift certificate, and they refused to accept it. The certificate had been paid for in full by us, and was purchased in a promotion held by the restaurant. They made us wait by the counter for several minutes, and when the server came back he said "we don't take these. we only take the $10 ones" (ours was for $25). We politely asked that since we paid for the certificate, could we please get our value for it. He said no. We asked why. "The owner said so." Oh ok! That really clears it up. Seriously, any place that refuses to honor a gift certificate that you paid for, and then doesn't even bother to provide a reason why, is not worth your time. Clearly a ripoff establishment and not concerned at all about customer service. Disappointed.
