There was only 2 people working (a young man and woman) and they were doing their job, polite and helpful. When the amount of customers slowed down, they were both doing their side work instead of just standing around and gossiping like I've seen so many times before

Now, this location and its staff are awesome if I could clone them and put them in every neighborhood I would , and the ice caramel machiato I order was the sharpest cup I've had in months

Love the Snackin Bacon Done with the pepper and that seasoning, but when some workers don't make it, how it's presented due to lack of working and not giving the customer what is expected. When it is given correctly, super content 👌

Stopped for a quick cappuccino but they were out of lattes. The young man working went above and beyond to make me a delicious coffee instead!!! I was impressed with how fast the service was as well!

Never been here before but the EFFORT they put into my drink has me blown away, I'm always nervous to go to a new Dunkin' but the way they made my drink...Beautiful! Chef's kiss fr fr 🤌🏾🌟 and the cashier was dope with super great vibes, 10/10 will go here again!

I love my double cupped espresso but it definitely had grains in it but the cup was so cute! The food is normally cooked correctly and not over cooked like some other locations.

When I arrived I tried to order online in the app but could not!!! Because in the app it stated the store was closed and it was trying to save my order!!! It is more convenient to order online and then pick my coffee up!!! When I mentioned it to the cashier she started that I wasn't the only one who was having the same issue and she didn't know what was going on!!!
But I got what I asked for in the end and enjoyed it!!! It was well made and exactly what I wanted!!!
