I love Panera's and I always receive great customer service. I hadn't been to this location since the bus stop was moved to the other side of the mall but still the same great service.

The food here is so delicious and healthy. Their broccoli cheddar soup is delightful and comforting.

The staff was very friendly, I got the grilled cheese and macaroni and cheese! The macaroni and cheese was hot it tastes very fresh and the grilled cheese was delicious.

Whoever made my strawberry banana smoothie at 4:15pm on sept 9th 2023, it is the best smoothie I have ever had possibly in my entire life. Thank you. Also the guy working the drive thru was very kind and efficient. Whoever’s working tonight, y’all are the best.

Great place to eat in or pick up and take home. Food is always spot on. I always earn discounts and free desserts. My favorites are their kitchen sink cookies and cinnamon crunch bagel. Clean establishment and friendly staff. They offer drive thru, online pick up, carry out, delivery and Only thing that stinks about this location is the limited parking.

My wife and I stopped into Panera for lunch today. Not too crowded. Counter service was good. Friendly and competent. Our order came out correct.
Her Napa Chicken Salad was good, but thin.
My spicy chicken breast sandwich and cream of chicken soup were good.
We both had Iced Coffee, which was fine. Good quality and service as usual.
