Bruegger's Bagels

I had a toasted sesame seed bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. Added a hazelnut coffee. Bagels are always good at Bruegger’s and this was no exception. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Location has a couple of lounge chairs in addition to tables and a few booths too. They also have three baby/toddler chairs. I found the site to be clean with steady walk in business on the day I was here. Good place to get a bagel and coffee for eat in or to go. Great variety with lots of options.

Go all the time and have gotten good service. This morning around 7:15 I got two bagels, a woman took my order and then the man running the cashier took over making the bagels. When I got to work I opened mine and there was a dab on cream cheese right in the middle, not even enough to spread around to cover the whole bagel. I took a picture but it won't let me include one on here.

This place is way overpriced. We wanted to try the new crispy chicken and egg bagel and the guy that was fixing our bagel put lettuce and tomato on it. I stated those aren't on the breakfast on.. He started over and it was not crispy nor was it even HOT it wasn't edible except for the bacon that he put on it that wasn't supposed to be on it. Took him 30 minutes to make two bagels that totalled $19.00... Unless you're getting the bagel bundles this place is a joke.

Ok, honestly, I read another dude's review and I don't know much about nutrition information laws. All I can say is the bagels are great, the coffee is great, they have free wifi, and their salmon with capers bagel is incredible. Also, as an entrepreneur I can sit there for hours and work and no one ever gives me a sideways glance. Not busy enough for them to care anyways, which is what I like about the place. Quiet and good food and drink. They have outdoor seating as well, and good music. My only complaint isn't really a complaint at all. It could maybe be more comfortable, but hey, it's a bagel shop franchise. I have never had any service issues and think overall there is no reason to downgrade this place.

The food is great. I had the tuna salad sandwich. The reason for the 3 star rating is because the bathroom is always dirty. While I appreciate them having a public restroom for patrons, its location and upkeep are not customer friendly. You enter the bathroom by going down a dark hall, not a safe space. I would never send a child alone to this restroom. I probably will not frequent this location again because of that. A rating is about the whole experience, not just one.
