Paninoteca

Our visit to this location was based off of a recommendation from two persons local to the area who said that it would be the best food we had ever had... they were NOT wrong. Everything he tried was absolutely delicious - chicken quesadilla, chicken cutlet panini, burger, and the cheesecake. I have never had a better panini in my life. Looking forward to eating here again next time I'm in Rochester.

Felt the need to leave a review after my lunch today. I order fairly regularly (3-4 times in the past 4 months) and the food has always been delicious. Today I ordered my food through Postmates, but since the restaurant does their own delivery I was unable to see the tracking info. I was expecting the food to come between 12:10-12:30 and I was expecting a phone call because that was my preference on Postmates. The driver arrived early and left the food outside of my office and shot me a text letting me know where it was, because they cannot see your Postmates preferences, but I was working and did not see the text until I checked my phone wondering where the food was a little after 12:30. By the time I got out there, someone had taken my food. I called and was met with apologies and they said they would send over more food. About 15 mins after that someone came to the office and knocked on the door saying someone was trying to take this food but they stopped them. The food was unopened so I called the restaurant back to let them know I actually got the food, but they insisted on sending hot food that they knew had not been tampered with. It came in a few minutes and they included a free order of cheesecake as well. The customer service is the best I have seen from a business, and it helps that their food is a 10/10 as well. Will continue to rave about this place to those that will listen! Thank you Park Ave Paninoteca!

I was responsible for a catering order for my sons college lacrosse team that was traveling to Rochester to play SJFC. The meal and set up was second to none. Delivery was on time, everything piping hot, and Tom, the owner, set up the buffet line perfectly. Wish this restaurant was close to my home near NYC, it would be frequented often. Fed 60 players and coaches at the hotel where they were staying with ease. Everyone ate their fill and all had seconds. Any college teams needing a great meal for your visiting players look no further than Park Ave. Paninoteca!!

One of my FAVORITE places to order from. The Mac and cheese is outstanding. I get it buffalo style with grilled chicken. The Ceasar salad is the best I've ever had and their arancini is fantastic. I order here so much it's THAT good. And the managers are excellent. Grubhub has not delivered once and the managers went out of their way to help me and it wasn't even their fault. Highly recommend. Also my order took 10 minutes to make... both times today. Super fast and delicious
