Mcdonald's

Terrible . We sat in line for 10mins for someone to order a ice cream cone . Then got handed fries that were terrible . Was told to move forward to wait for our food . Figured we had wait for chicken nuggets since we ordered the bundle . The bundle comes with 2 Big Macs and 20 nuggets and two medium fries . The nuggets are old , the fries were old. Asked for new ones figured they we fresh . Nope still old fries z I use to work at McDonald’s when I was 16-18 years. Worst service I have gotten . There was maybe 4 cars in like and 4-5 works in the restaurant.

Went through drive through and my kids and I had traveled and were hungry. The gal taking the order could not get it right! It took her 3 times until the screen was correct and I wasn’t being over charged. Then we waited a while for our food. We got home and when I went to give my kids the food I saw immediately that they missed a French fry! I just called this place and the first guy hung up on me. I immediately called back and a different guy answered and I requested my money back or to get a free French fry when I come back. Thankfully he said it’d be a free French fry but seriously, please double check your work before you hand the customer their food and If your drive through people don’t speak English or can hear well, the drive through which is supposed to be relatively quick, may not be the right job task for them to do.
